Fantastic experience: Whole Health Club has changed my life! The eight week challenge was the perfect way to start my fitness journey. The staff is incredible and offers a great balance of knowledge and experience, and the clients are all so supportive and inspiring. Whatever your goals, this place will help you get there!
Fantastic experience: WHC is a personalized gym which focuses on the individual and their fitness goals. The coaches are fantastic and take the time to understand their clients needs and direction. And they offer plant based cooking classes in their onsite kitchen! Certainly a whole person based system.
Fantastic experience: I first used WHC a couple years ago with outstanding results. I was able to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks. I had to quit at the time because I moved states, but have been able to rejoin long distance as they now offer zoom workout classes and long distance support. WHC isn’t just about exercise but the whole health picture. Nutrition is also a large part of the program and they will provide you with meal plans and grocery lists. They have cooking classes in person and online. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my fitness coach, Austin. He is great at holding me accountable and checking in to answer any questions or concerns I have. If you are looking to improve your overall health and well-being then I would recommend you go to WHC. If you are willing to be honest with yourself and put in the work you will definitely see results.
Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I really like how friendly everyone is including the other members. The workouts are tough and really challenge you no matter what level you are at! Annie, Austin, Paige and Chase are amazing people that you want to surround yourself with on your fitness journey whatever that might be!
Fantastic experience: My husband and I started with the eight week challenge. We decided to sign up because we wanted more health benefits than the eight week challenge. It has been four months and combined we have lost 70 pounds. We are both barely 40 years old and have never been in good health. We finally for the first time in our lives put us and our health first. This was the easiest live decision we ever made and we don’t see ourselves ever going back! Feels so good to finally feel muscle tone in our bodies and put clothes on that we haven’t been able to wear in years. I don’t think any other program would work the same for us. I want to go to the gym for the first time in my life. 8 lbs and 4 percent body fat gone. I feel great and I owe that to the WHC staff and culture. I highly recommend adding this into your life!
Fantastic experience: I have been with Whole Health Club since March of this year. Before that, I was very much a meat and dairy eater. I had never even considered a plant-based diet nor had I worked out with professional trainers before. But after losing over 30 lbs and lowering my body fat percentage by more than 16% in a span of 5 months, I owe it all to Whole Health Club!!! I currently train with Austin, after my previous trainer moved to another state. I was a little apprehensive at first to start all over again with building that client-trainer relationship, but Austin made the transition effortless! I leave each and every workout completely exhausted but also motivated, proud, and excited for the next one! Early on, Austin asked what my specific fitness goals were and he makes it a point to really focus on those during each of our workouts. But he also focuses on the smaller building blocks that will help me to reach those goals. He is very intuitive and knows exactly when I need to be pushed harder, when I need encouragement, or when I just need to let my body do the work. I cannot say enough about Whole Health Club and my great trainer, Austin!!!
Fantastic experience: I just joined Whole Health Club and I’m so impressed at the outset. I called to ask questions about personal training. I got a return call within a few hours, asking me about my preferences and needs. I was set up with Paige for a free personal training/get to know each other session. Paige contacted me immediately and was so flexible about my limited schedule. We met last weekend for my trial session. I immediately knew I was in great hands. Paige gave me a tough but reasonable workout. She asked thoughtful questions about my history and was attentive to my old injuries. It felt immediately like the right fit. I’m stoked to improve my health and fitness, and I can’t wait to eventually get into group and cooking classes. This place really seems to care and takes the time to meet my needs.
Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to. I found them on Facebook and did the 2 week trial and I've been going for over a year. If you need a gym that keeps you on track, teaches how to cook healthy meals and has great work outs this is the place you need to be! The entire staff is AMAZING! Highly recommend if your trying to reach any fitness goals or just trying to start a healthier lifestyle.
Fantastic experience: It's a wonderful club with truly talented coaches and mentors. I'm so glad that I joined it in February, and I'm incredibly thankful for their quick response to the challenges posed by this, unprecedented and world-wide, Covid-19. Their daily Zoom classes have kept me motivated and accountable while preserving my mental health as well. Thank you so much for all that you do for us Team Whole Health Club!!!
Fantastic experience: The staff shares the same vision and helps their clientele understand the why behind nutrition and fitness that is based on scientific research. It’s a welcoming environment and proactive community that encourages and supports all fitness levels. My husband & I joined on a recommendation from another couple and quickly adapted to the workouts and tasty food. We saw results and together, we’re 40 lbs. lighter with more energy and motivation. Fantastic experience: This place has been life changing for me. I’m not just losing weight but I’m learning so much about how easy and fun it is to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle. The instructors truly care about us clients even after we hand over our money. They are committed to community and they go out of their way to make me feel like a part of it. I’m an extreme introvert and they have tailored activities that I enjoy. There’s never any pressure, just authentic support. The on-site kitchen is amazing. When I joined this club I had no idea of the amazing education I was going to receive. They didn’t slow down a bit with the COVID-19 shutdown. Instead they created an amazing virtual experience that welcomes everyone. You are missing out if you don’t check out Whole Health Club.
Fantastic experience: WHC is not your average gym, it's so much more! For the past year and a half I've been motivated to take control of my health as a member. I get the best one on one attention and all exercises have been tailored to my physical needs. WHC has made sure during this pandemic that I still get the best service that includes everything from live workouts w/ a trainer..cooking classes..one on one coaching..and last but not least the other members who are there to cheer you on when you need it most!
Fantastic experience: The healthiest that I've ever felt. First Impressions: Honestly, I was skeptical at first during the initial consultation because I discovered Whole Health Club through a Facebook ad that offered a free trial. It seemed too good to be true, kinda spammy, and outside of my comfort zone. However, by the time my free trial ended, I was already recommending Whole Health to friends and family. The Staff: Within my first few visits, the staff already knew me by name. You can tell they make an effort to make you feel comfortable, included, and valued. All of the trainers are passionate, but not overbearing, which is nice. The Classes: I never thought I'd enjoy a high intensity group class style but now I don't know what I'd do without the motivation of the trainers and classmates. Each day of the week offers a unique class with different challenges and plenty of time slots to reserve. The Gym: Overall the gym is great. The staff cleans the equipment before each class and maintains the location nicely. Personally, I wouldn't mind additional extra sanitation, as (the floor mats especially) can get nasty. The Benefits: The membership, while expensive, offers a ton of great benefits including cooking classes, semi-private personal training, tracking apps, meal plans, home workouts, daily fresh fruit smoothies, and more. My Results: What I expected to achieve in 1 year I've surprisingly already achieved in just two months and now I want to set even better goals. Not only in numbers, but in overall health as well. This is the healthiest I've ever felt. It's not just building more muscle, or losing some weight, it's about feeling healthier every day. This means more energy, happier, more confident, balanced hormones, etc. My disclaimer: This is not a "Planet Fitness" or "24 Hour" style gym, not a body builder's atmosphere, and certainly not priced that way either. It's more centered around, well, whole health and losing weight. I wish you could come in and lift weights as you please, but it's classes based only. This is not a place to go bench 250 and throw weights on the ground. If you made it this far, thanks for reading my review. I highly recommend Whole Health Club!
Fantastic experience: Being part of the Whole Health Community has been a tremendous awesome experience. I have tried so many ways to stay healthy and loose weight for so many years with no results until I joined Whole Health Club. I have accomplished these two goals. My trainers are amazing, they never let me down and they are always there to encourage me even when I don’t feel like I can. I got great results and for the first time in my life I am so proud of myself for reaching my goals but I couldn’t do it without all these amazing trainers and chefs. So grateful Whole Health Club exists! I do highly recommend it! You won’t regret it!
Fantastic experience: Everyone at WHC truly cares about each person that walks through the doors and they're so supportive and encouraging. This is the first place I was able to really feel at home and stick with regular workouts. They will tailor exercises to specific needs of applicable. The group workouts are really fun and everyone is encouraging to each other. I have met my first two weight loss goals, with many more ahead. They were also super proactive about putting together online workouts, information and support when COVID came along. I love my WHC family!
Fantastic experience: This is exactly the type of workout I've been looking for - strength, cardio, group motivation. I struggle w self-motivation and have more success in a class setting. This place is also mindful of nutrition which cannot be overlooked! Their cooking classes and smoothies are an excellent addition to the package. I just ADORE everyone that works here. A truly committed and sincere group of folks who care to know each of us!
Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a uniquely special experience with a place that isn't only a gym, but a community that all cares for one another then this is your place! There isn't another experience like it anywhere. The trainers and members know you by name. We celebrate each person for where they are in their health journey. It is a place of no judgement. The Owners and staff are 100% committed to "Whole Health", not just fitness but mind, body and spirit. They have an onsite teaching kitchen so there is an incredible opportunity to learn how to also prepare wholesome food. You will not be disappointed, I can assure you of that!
Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Simply Amazing!! I lost 15lbs following their meal plan and exercise routines. Annie was my coach and she was the best! Her personal training skills are on point and she is awesome! Whole Food Club should be your 1st step to greatness!
Fantastic experience: The Six Week Challenge is fantastic! I usually hate going to the gym because I don't know what I'm doing, but the group fitness classes and repeated class structure gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to finally commit to a goal. Throw the nutrition side in, and the Challenge can't be beat! The meal plan and cooking classes are incredibly valuable by themselves - plus delicious! I've been trying to eat healthier and incorporate a more plant-based diet for years, but the meal plan finally gave me the tools to do it. I would recommend this gym - and the 6 week challenge - to anyone, hands down.
Fantastic experience: Whole health club is a great place to join if you are looking for a fun atmosphere, friendly people, and just an all around awesome place to take some challenging (but rewarding) classes. Everyone that works there is incredibly helpful and nice, and they help you hold accountability to your goals. They have great meal plans and informative cooking classes. Would love if there were more locations!
Fantastic experience: I did the 6 week challenge, and it was great! The classes were always fun, engaging, and doable and it was great to have the support of the Whole Health team. A really wonderful group of people who are interested in living a healthy lifestyle beyond workouts and it's so inspiring to be in this welcoming community. I was able to achieve my goal, and if I were staying in the area I would consider becoming a member. Overall a really life changing experience that I am so glad I did. Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week challenge as I needed to do something different to jump start my weight loss. The staff is always so friendly and courteous, regardless of your fitness level they work with you and getting the most out the work outs! This was my first time ever to join a gym and I am glad I decided to give WHC a try. I was able for the first time ever to achieve a weight loss goal that was set for myself. Thank you to all of the staff for everything! I have learned many valuable things from you and will keep going with my weight loss journey.
Fantastic experience: Whole Health Club is an excellent spot. The staff is super friendly, they have a kitchen in the gym where they teach you to cook (!), and their group workout classes are KILLER (in a good and challenging way!). I didn’t realize that their nutrition plan was basically vegan until after I’d signed up for the six week challenge. Having spent the better part of a decade figuring out how to eat with food/gut/blood sugar issues, I didn’t go vegan, but I did still receive some support from their in-house nutritionist on how to tailor their plan to meet my needs. I’m not continuing with WHC because they don’t yet offer mid-day classes - my only complaint! - but I’m really going to miss the community. THAT is really saying something from an introvert like me!
Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym of all time. I have never been much of a 'gym person' but WHC has fun classes that change so you never get bored/too used to them. They also give you a free smoothie after each class, GAME CHANGER. All the trainers are so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: AMAZING Health Club! After what feels like years of searching for the right gym to help with my weight loss and health goals I am forever grateful for finding this gym. Not only did I loose 10 lbs in the 1st 6 weeks I gained an amazing group of people in my life. They truly care about my journey to a healthier lifestyle and I feel amazing! Fantastic experience: Whole heath club is downright awesome! The staff, the facility & the programs are great. I learned so much during my 6 week challenge and lost a good chunk of weight and body fat too! Gained confidence & feeling healthier than ever. LOVE the cooking classes. Check this place out!
Fantastic experience: Whole health club has been an amazing experience. Their diet and exercise plans have made a huge impact in my life. I would whole-heartedly reccomend this facility to anyone interested in making healthy changes in their life. It's definitely the most sustainable gym and diet/exercise plan that I've come across.
Fantastic experience: After losing all motivation to keep up with my health, I signed up for the 6-week fitness challenge to kickstart my workouts and meal planning. I started out at 24% body fat and 114 lbs. I was given a meal plan, workout plan, and a fitness goal. After just a few weeks, I noticed results, and I didn't think I had as much weight and fat to lose as I actually did. The people there are amazing--they're friendly and they motivate you to perform at your best and get as much out of the workout as you can. If you have any concerns, they listen and find tailored solutions. I ended at 100 lbs and under 20% body fat! I'm leaner, eat much healthier, and my body feels stronger. Most importantly, I found the motivation I was looking for to keep up these healthy habits. I would highly recommend anyone to try this place if you're ready to finally start making those lifestyle changes.
Fantastic experience: I am going into my sixth week of the fitness challenge at the Whole Health Club and I can't say enough about this program, trainers and the community! There is such great energy and they all help motivate everyone during the classes, which is exactly what I needed. I was skeptical of the diet at first due to my serious love of dairy and meat but after that first week I found myself enjoying the food as well as cooking! I feel better now that I have in quite sometime and I no longer crave some of the foods that I once did. I am glad that I decided to make this lifestyle change and am thankful for everyone that helped me along the way! If you are in need of a lifestyle change and are looking for a new gym/community to be a part of, this is it!
Fantastic experience: Whole Health Club is not only a gym it’s a family! I absolutely had a amazing time working out, getting to know everyone and learning a new diet. The instructors are amazing and will answer any questions. These guys are truly knowledgeable and passionate about the nutrition plan. I have not felt this good in a long time. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough positive things about Whole Health Club. The staff is positive and puts forth effort to get to know each individual. The classes are outstanding and always have a positive vibe, not only with the staff but with the participants. The positivity of the place just flows through everyone. The meal plan is fantastic and good eating choices should be a part of every health club. All the extras that are included at the Club make it an outstanding health club.
Fantastic experience: Littleton Whole Health Club is an amazing place! My husband signed up for the six week challenge not knowing what to expect. We were a little skeptical about putting money down and worried that it would be difficult to get the money back, if his goal was met. Whole Health Club set his goals to lose 15 pounds. Not only did he lose 15, but from the help of the gym, he lost almost 30 pounds. This place really does care about you and holding you accountable to your goals. My husband loved the workout classes, the cooking classes and the benefits he received during his six weeks. At the end, we were very sad, but decided that we couldn't continue. They gave us our money back with no questions asked. They are a top notch gym! I highly recommend this place!
Fantastic experience: Other gyms made me insecure, and I never understood how to navigate their weight areas. Whole Health Club was an entirely different experience. Their team of coaches are incredibly motivating and encouraging. The meal plan changed my approach to healthy cooking, and over the course of six weeks I lost 11 pounds. I encourage any ladies looking for a lifestyle change to try them out.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and have opened my eyes to many lifestyle changes that have improved my everyday life. If you are considering enrolling at this club, don't hesitate. Fantastic experience: I am almost at the end of my six week transformation with Whole Health Club, and I can honestly attest to the greatness of the facility. Within three weeks, I lost eight pounds and a grand total of 3% body fat. To put it in perspective, in other programs I've done, I've only managed to lose ~1% body fat in an entire month. The trainers are wonderful and the atmosphere is uplifting. They will know you by name and motivate you the entire way. If you are looking for a fitness regime that embodies a sense of community and an emphasis on nutrition, well, then WHC may be for you! All the staff are passionate and bring a different energy to the table. Chase is knowledgeable, kind-spirited, and offers genuine advice to his members. Paige is friendly and sincere, as well as an obvious expert in fitness. She regularly asks for feedback to better improve the facility. Cayla, whose classes I've been to the most, is the epitome of exuberance. Her energy and positivity are contagious and undeniably helpful in the last stretch of a difficult workout. Thank you to the rest of those I've yet to name. I highly recommend this gym!
Fantastic experience: I love the integrated and lifestyle approach of Whole Health Club. The classes are designed so anyone can be challenged by them, the trainers are quick to provide modifications and support as needed, and the atmosphere is incredibly supportive and uplifting. You end each class feeling like you can take on the world. This is one of the best gym experiences I have had. I am well on my way to achieving my goals.
Fantastic experience: I started this gym on the six week challenge and enjoyed it so much I joined! Everyone is fantastic, they are extremely supportive no matter what level of fitness you are at but also help you challenge yourself. If you are looking to make a permanent change to your health this is your gym. If you are overweight and are not comfortable walking into a gym this is the place for you. If you do not know how to workout at a gym other than on a piece of cardio equipment you need to come here. Lastly if you need encouragement and accountability please check Whole Health Club out!!
Fantastic experience: My experience with the 6 week challenge at Whole Health Club has been amazing! This is the most supportive gym I’ve ever been to. Every person there is knowledgeable and passionate about helping you to achieve your goals. If you want to learn how to incorporate a plant based diet into your life, drop pounds, gain muscle and get in some killer workouts with some of the best coaches around, Whole Health Club is the place to go.
Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my time at Whole Health Club, I started with the 6 week challenge and dropped 5% body fat during that time. I love that the gym takes a holistic approach to health and offers nutritional coaching and cooking classes in addition to group HIIT clases or personal training. They also have an online community that is helpful for support, tips, and accountability. During my time here so far, I have felt supported, encouraged, and comfortable to ask questions or for advice in how to better optimize my results. The trainers are all approachable and relatable and sincere in their desire to help you meet your goals. The community the gym offers is truly special and fosters connection between a mixed group of people all striving to live more healthy lifestyles. Fantastic experience: I'm just wrapping up the six week challenge at Whole Health Club. It is definitely a challenge! The workouts were great, though they only change every 2 weeks, so you'll do 6 of each workout (3 per week). I liked the trainers and made a few friends along the way. I don't think the plant-based life is for me, but there are some really great recipes that are provided with the nutrition plan which made it far easier than I expected - I found myself looking forward to some of the meals.
Fantastic experience: Whole Health Club is by far the best health club I've ever attended. In addition to having some of the best trainers around (I work out with Austin and he pushes me to be stronger every single day even when I don't think I can be!), the community of members is encouraging and welcoming and supportive. I would recommend this gym to everyone...but I don't want it to get too crowded!!
Fantastic experience: I started with Whole Health Club in January 2017 to make a lifestyle change and create new habits as my cholesterol was too high. I thought I would just stay the first 3 months but almost 1 year later I am still here. My cholesterol, habits, and lifestyle have all changed immensely. I am lucky enough to have worked with many of the staff members (Austin, Chase, Paige, Sam, and Kayla) and they are all excellent and unique in how they train and share their knowledge. It is a good place to be. Join.
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experience thus far with Whole Health Club. The trainers have done a great job providing a variety of workouts that push me to improve each and every session. They seem to truly care about me as an individual and have treated me as if I was a member of their family rather than a client. My diet has also improved tremendously since first signing up. They have provided many plant based alternatives to the foods I love convincing me to try things I never would have considered in the past. Thank you for pushing me to be the best version of myself!
