Fantastic experience: Awesome training facility! I looked for years to find a kickboxing-esque training place that would help give me a lower body workout as well as teaching me to fight for myself if in an altercation as I have boxed for years but no place ever offered the technique with the workout I desired....this place has it all and the coaches are wonderful! So glad to have found a place to train at the level I have been seeking with highly skilled and knowledgeable coaches. Definitely would recommend Apex to anyone who is interested in a serious martial art training while still getting a stellar workout

The coaches are absolutely outstanding, with a ton of Muay Thai experience, and I love their way of teaching, they are great at giving individual attention to each person in class, and really care about their students. Highly recommend you check them out if you want to really learn Muay Thai and MMA.

He is living a very healthy lifestyle and seems very dedicated to this program.

Fantastic experience: Atmosphere is warm and welcoming for all ages and skill levels. Both myself and my toddler are enrolled in BJJ classes. This is definitely the place to go if you want to get your kids into combat sports. Instructors are competent and patient. Communication is excellent and they go above and beyond to organize club get togethers outside the gym. I’m proud to be a member.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to train. The coaches and instructors are very knowledgeable and have a lot of personal experience in BJJ/Muay Thai/MMA. The environment of the gym is positive, and everyone works hard to constantly improve. The people here genuinely care about and take care of each other, inside and outside of the gym. Fantastic experience: Walked into this building very nervous with having absolutely no experience in martial arts. Everyone in the building was welcoming and encouraging. I began taking the kickboxing classes and was immediately hooked. I've gained strength, confidence, and community here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it here. I’ve quit other BJJ schools because as a beginner, I’ve gotten hurt by upper level belts, and just felt generally unprepared for sparring, which many other schools do as part of beginner lessons. At APEX it is COMPLETELY optional to roll or spar, which means MORE time is spend on drilling the techniques without worrying about getting smashed before you know what you’re doing. I feel taken care of here, and the culture is SUPER friendly. No over-the top ultra masculinity or egos here. I absolutely love it and if you are anything like me (a beginner looking to learn at your own pace, and not feel rushed into sparring before you’re comfortable)… THIS is probably where you’ll feel the best. This is the place I’m sticking with full time… I signed up for an entire year right off the bat. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Coaches Brian and Austin were so welcoming with incredible skills and experience. This Academy is training actual fighters and also welcomes first timers and youths. 1st time fighter here! If I had a son or daughter I would also bring them to the youth program, the kids were running and laughing. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Apex. It has been a great experience from day 1. All of the coaches are super knowledgeable and take the take the time to make sure you are learning at your own pace. Walking into a new martial arts gym can be intimidating, not apex though. The moment we stepped foot in the gym everyone was treating us like family and made sure we were comfortable. I am amazed at the progress I have made in such little time, definitely would not have been possible without the great coaches and staff at Apex.

Fantastic experience: Apex Combat Academy is a premier MMA gym in the Denver metro area with top instructors from BJJ to Muay Thai to striking! They are extremely knowledgeable and help you achieve your goals and then some! Me, being a veteran of the US Army, I feel a similar brotherhood here as I did in the Army. It is a great community to be a part of! Everyone helps each other out and is so friendly and makes you feel like you are a part of the family! I was a part of some bigger schools in the past and felt like I was just a number. At Apex, I feel like a member of a hard working team! I recommend Apex Combat Academy over any other school in Colorado ! And for the price you can’t get any better for what is offered!

Fantastic experience: Have trained on and off for about 7 years, mostly by myself. Manly because I had a bad experience at a previous gym. So, when I moved to Denver I was really tedious scouting gyms. Without naming any, checked out every gym within a 30 min radius of my house. Didn't like how they all shoved a pen and contract in your face at the end of the showing. Finally stumbled across apex and experienced something totally new. A feeling of belonging a feeling of strength and a feeling of pride. It just felt right for me. Having the best coaching team in the state and like minded students was icing on the cake for me. 3 months in 20 pounds down im sold. I will train at Apex for as long as I'm in Denver. Once I hit my weight goal, I might even take a fight for my team. Love getting up everyday and walking in. Just puts a smile on your face.

Fantastic experience: Always wanted to try martial arts and went to a few places around Denver, however always seemed the places just wanted your money and did not care about teaching and development. Found Apex Combat Academy online and went in for a free one on one Muay Thai session with coach Austin in early April, 2020. It was a great experience and joined as a member. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and are willing to work with you on development, growth, technique and conditioning. Apex has a family feel to it and all the members are friendly and are also willing to help in development. I would highly recommend Apex Combat if you are looking to try Muay Thai or jiu jitsu as a beginner or are looking for a new place to workout.

Fantastic experience: I love the entire Apex experience. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and great at explaining techniques in a manner that makes sense to me. I'm fairly new to Denver and the family atmosphere at Apex has been awesome for me. I've been to a lot of martial arts gyms and Apex tops the list. The family atmosphere, combined with the professionalism, knowledge, and passion for helping students of all levels is second to none.

Atmosphere is welcoming, provides thoughtful martial arts training for all levels, and thankfully doesn't have that tough guy vibe that a lot of MMA gyms have these days. Fantastic experience: I loved everything about this place. I visited while in Colorado and it was incredible. I was coached on stance so well. I was taught about how to perform kicks and the analogy to things were great. They also have to much respect for the martial arts and their coaches. They even have respect for the new people and people coming on a regular basis. If you plan on training in any mma start here.

Coach Derek keeps the body fresh with intense stretching, and phenomenal recovery programs. Professor Marco is an absolute wizard on the mat. Fantastic experience: An awesome place to start learning martial arts! The coaches are very skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was nervous about starting martial arts, but the folks at Apex were very welcoming and made sure I knew the fundamentals before starting my first official class. Since starting I can safely say that my confidence levels have risen, I have been getting in shape. As soon as a wake up in the morning the only thing I can think of is going to train at Apex. My only regret is not joining this gym sooner!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym experience I’ve ever had in my life! I walked in my first day feeling a little hesitant since I don’t have very much previous martial arts experience. These guys are so friendly and professional, I automatically felt like I belonged. There is always something to learn, the atmosphere is so positive even on the days I wasn’t feeling 100% I’ve never left the gym feeling anything but empowered and energized. Seriously fantastic group of teachers, I recommend checking it out. Great little hidden gem of Englewood.

High quality instruction and down to earth classmates make it a welcoming place regardless of skill level. Lots of cute boys too. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality I like the fact it's a small community gym. Apex has awesome coaches and awesome training sessions. The quality amount of time spent because of the small amount of people in each class is very helpful. Apex has definitely made learning a new skill and self defense fun and meaningful.

Fantastic experience: This gym is for everyone. No matter what your experience level is or what your purpose for training is (competing/self-defense/fitness/lifestyle/etc.) you will be treated the same and you’ll always learn something new. It feels more like a family than anything else. I spent just as much time hanging out as I did training. Go in ready to work and ready to learn and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I came to Apex with no experience and no idea of what to expect and it’s definitely one of the best things I’ve done for myself! The coaches are so kind and knowledgeable (they know their stuff)! I was never really a gym person and yet here I am going there pretty much everyday. The atmosphere never makes me feel pressured or self conscious and actually gets me more motivated! If you’re looking to try something new, polish your skills, or find friendly people, Apex is the place to be!

I been going to a top tier school before them and I can honestly say I have learned more here in half the time at a bigger school. I give it 5 stars
