Positive experience: Crunch is not my favorite gym in the valley. This location is adequate for my needs but could use some serious improvements as well as updates to the membership model. I only go here because it’s close and has punching bags.

Positive experience: One of the better crunch fitness's in the area for equipment! I feel like it had more work out stations then some of the others and was well set up. Also very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Fantastic experience: About a year ago I couldn't imagine coming back to this place, due to the staff behind the front desk, as well as the general manager at the time, however upon hearing about an entire staff change, I decided to give it another go and I am really happy I did! Super clean and the staff is super helpful. The overall atmosphere of this gym is super chill. Much much better than Axiom, plus they are not requiring you to wear masks while working out!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Idaho Athletic Club , now Crunch for years. One thing I am not happy with is that you keep getting rid of the machines. The Glute Isolator and the large leg press was taken out and only the one small one is left.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the facility on Lake Harbor for a few years but I went there yesterday to use the pool. I love the new, clean look inside. Nice upgrades; bright and airy. I was greatly assisted by one of the managers, Robert. Robert was kind, considerate, caring and very helpful. Thank you, Robert, for your help yesterday. You are an asset to the club.

Fantastic experience: Great and friendly staff, large variety of different equipment and things to do here, lots of classes with different times for everyone. Very clean and sanitary location. All of the employees work very hard to make this a welcoming place. My mom has been coming here since it was Idaho athletic and loves the upgrades crunch has been doing to the place. Every kind of person is welcome here and I have felt nor seen any kind of judgement at this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love the updates to the equipment they’ve completed. It will be great to see the final product. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Hitting the gym in the early a.m. it’s nice that the staff is awake and talkative - a good way to go wake up and feel motivated. They have terrific classes with a variety of times to fit your schedule. Attendance is great and the energy is inviting. This place is a fantastic gym for the pro of novice. Judgement free!!

Fantastic experience: The GM Michael is so great at what he does. He has a fantastic crew that he manages, the gym is always clean, and he goes above and beyond to accommodate is customers. Fantastic experience: I recently joined Crunch and am basing this review on the staff, and in particular, the trainer, Robert. Never have I had such a thorough explanation of how to use free weights and the various machines. He was extremely patient with all my questions and I learned SO much! Everything I have used so far worked just fine and the pool is wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I just started at state Street crunch four weeks ago. I haven't been to a gym for 5 months and my last gym closed. I was feeling weird about going to a new one but the first time I went everyone was so nice and welcoming. I got a trainer so I could get a program fit for my needs. I love it and my trainer, Dan is great!

Fantastic experience: I'm glad to see the new owners are fixing up the place. Painting and the new look are terrific. I look forward seeing the racquetball court floors re-done but am confident that will happen. I also want to mention the new manager of the Lakeharbor lane club in Boise. He and his team provide excellent customer service, very personable, and helpful. You should give them lots of money!
