Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this place the pool is nice and warm perfect for swimming and the whole gym is always nice and clean this is the perfect place to get me back into being fit

Fantastic experience: Crunch Fitness in Eagle is the best. They remodeled their swimming pool and it fabulous! They provide outstanding customer service and in particular, Corbin, is amazing. He always makes you feel valued as a customer! He is extremely intelligent, but always maintains his humility. He is very knowledgeable about the gym, your membership and all of the services the gym provides. What you need, he is prepared to answer your questions. Shoutout to David who helped make the process super easy and quick, AND super simple to understand! I recommend anyone looking for an everyday workout spot to definitely check this place out.

Fantastic experience: Massive gym, fair pricing. My only critique is the upkeep of the equipment. Broken pins in machines, ellipticals that click and need replaced.

Fantastic experience: We just joined Crunch Fitness in Eagle. We are very impressed with the extensive exercise and fitness equipment. All were functional and in solid working condition. The lap pool was excellent; great water temperature and very clean. The locker room and shower facility were clean and well-appointed. We were truly impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Josh and Mike. These men listened well, answered all of our questions and were truly interested in providing us with first-rate service. We look forward to our training sessions with Mike and our daily workouts. Crunch Fitness in Eagle's membership rates were very reasonable and being able to bring in a guest at no charge sealed the deal. We highly recommend Crunch Fitness in Eagle.

Fantastic experience: My teenage son (with Autism) has been treated with great respect at this gym and helped along the way. Preston was awesome when he was manager (now he's moved up) and then we hired Elise as his personal trainer and she's been very motivating. My son now WANTS to go to the gym. Thank you!! Also, it's very clean in Eagle.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Crunch Eagle: they have all the equipment you could need for a great workout, it’s always super clean, from the equipment to the tanning beds and everything in between. I wanted to write this review to highlight one thing that’s been the most important to me in my health journey. The personal training they have is unmatched, it’s absolutely changed my life and made me excited to safely get into the best shape of my life. Rob is my trainer there and while I have an existing injury he’s helped me strengthen my body to where I no longer have daily pains. I, like most was hesitant to go the route of personal training but his knowledge in corrective exercise has made a world of difference and I credit him and the entire staff for bringing me back to the best version of myself. This gym has become home for me and I’m so grateful for their encouragement, knowledge and for being the best cheerleaders in improving my overall health. I highly recommend getting plugged in to their personal training and making Crunch Eagle your home gym, too.

Fantastic experience: Grace is so amazing, she took so much time to walk me through all the different memberships and answer every question I had. She took me on a tour and sat with me for probably 45 minutes discussing the pros and cons of each membership. 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: personal trainers are awesome .clean locker room Preston the General manager there is so positive he brings out the best out of people trying to help everyone I highly recommend this Gym rob who is my trainer and one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with takes the time to help you. Highly recommend using this gym

Positive experience: This is by far the best crunch location in the valley. It's got the most space, it's got a gym, it's also got a nice track up top. The tanning is on point as well, and the sauna is great too... the steam room has been shut down for a hot minute. They told me it shut down because of covid, but let's be real, it's probably broken and they don't want to pay to have it fixed (seems pretty common for the crunch fitness locations in the valley, most are in worse condition in a lot of ways, so for it to only be the steam room isn't too bad). Staff is super friendly in comparison to the other locations too, and they seem to know what's going on where the other locations don't seem to know.

Fantastic experience: I found myself looking for a place to start a gym membership from and I came across crunch fitness while I was at a local shopping center in eagle. I was surprised to see so many weird reviews online about the professionalism and quality of the gym. It really seemed as if this gym was very clean and organized and it was structured like any other gym would be. When I walked in, I was greed by a young man named Tristan and he was more than helpful in regards to answering my questions about their offered memberships. He took the time to go over different memberships, what the differences were between them, and furthmore the different payment plans they offered in the event that somebody might have a hardship but would still want to be able to work out without breaking the bank. It has been a hard time as far as the pandemic goes and over the last couple years it's been difficult to get out and exercise and fear that other people will scold you for being out with everybody. This gym is professional, clean and again organized and I want to give you special shout out to the young man Tristan who helped me out. He was very professional and although a young man he definitely knows what he's doing and his customer service skills are exceptional and I would go back just to see him. Customer service is the number one important aspect of a company when it comes to maintaining friendships and trust and with that any referrals the company may get on order to widen their spectrum. Tristan did just that, and for that reason, I can honestly say that this gym is the one that I will be starting a membership from. And again, this is all because of the way that Tristan interacted with me as well as how we interact with every customer that came in during the time he was going over options with me. Thank you Tristan for providing a good experience for me and I will recommend anybody looking for a gym membership to come and talk to you.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few of the crunch fitness facilities. This one is pretty nice. They have two tanning beds for customers, but you have to be a certain tier to use them. Downstairs the locker rooms are large and quite a few showers. Also downstairs they have a full size basketball court and another area the size of a basketball court with turf floor covering which allows you to do a lot of crossfit activities. Upstairs is a room of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals as well as a weight area filled with free weights and machines. They also have a small indoor track upstairs for walking and or running. The facility was clean, plenty of cleaning wipes on hand. The only downside is the weight room, it does seem to have a lot of equipment right next to one another, so it seems compact. Still, a very good workout club.

Fantastic experience: This gym has cleaned up immensely and it's a phenomenal gym with a variety of equipment. The only thing it needs is an additional leg press machine, there use to be two but I'm guessing the other one was beyond repair or they didn't have the parts needed. Either way, I can't complain it's a wonderful facility!

Fantastic experience: nice equipment. all ages from high schoolers to folks in 80s and older. unintimidating compared to a golds for those first timers. Shawn and Ryan are top notch trainers.

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely impressed. The girl that works the front desk, Brandi, has been very friendly and helpful in the membership process. I think having good staff is incredibly important (I won’t be returning to Axiom because of how awful the staff was). The staff is the reason I will be staying at Crunch. I definitely think Brandi deserves a raise.

Fantastic experience: We just got a new gym membership and really enjoy each facility. Their Eagle location has a track, basketball, and a CrossFit style gym. Clean locker rooms, friendly staff and great equipment. Great gym atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Great workout areas, a nice indoor running track, and well ventilated throughout the facility makes for a pleasant experience, The trainers and staff are friendly, attentive, and help you feel like you belong.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go to relax and have fun going down the slide and 2 pools and hot tub if the hot tub is working and have to have a membership there or sign up for membership there for your family, date, or by yourself.

Fantastic experience: Crunch fitness is doing a great job remodeling and fixing up the equipment. I have also attended a new class the instructor Donna is amazing. Ive been going the last two weeks and love it. After our kick boxing I stay for the yoga/stretching its a nice comfortable setting. Hope to have hardwood floors soon ;)
