I've been training with Jim for about a month and a half, and my cardio is catching up to my strength. My strength has increased significantly, and I can now do pull-ups. My body fat was 24% on July 1st, and it has dropped to 21%. In the last two weeks, my body fat has dropped to 17%. Kettlebells have put muscle on my body and dropped my body fat significantly. I love the challenge that kettlebells provide, and Jim is an excellent trainer who is guaranteed to get results. I recommend checking out one of his group classes.

Jim is an amazing trainer and coach who always knows how far to push his clients to help them succeed. Whenever I said I couldn't do something, Jim knew that I could and sure enough, I always could. He never pushed me beyond my limits but just far enough for me to feel like I had accomplished something great. Jim is an all-around great guy and I highly recommend him as a trainer and coach.

I am always looking for ways to improve my strength and endurance as a martial arts instructor and practitioner. I attended Jim Beaumont's Kettlebell workshop and he did an awesome job focusing on proper technique and safety. I got a great workout from the workshop and learned how to use kettlebells safely and effectively. I highly recommend Jim's kettlebell workshop to anyone! It's a great way to get in shape, lose weight, and become stronger!

Fantastic experience: I have been training and competing at a high level for over twenty years, after a move to Idaho I was fortunate enough to find Jim Beaumont and Idaho Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning. Coming from Ronnie Colemans gym Metroflex in Houston I never thought I would find a better coach. Not only did I find one, but since training here I have regularly hit new prs, without injury. I currently train and compete in grappling sports, and this is the place I train at to stay strong and healthy. If you are looking for a place to train there's none better, Jim will really give you an unfair advantage if your an athlete. From carpenters, nurses, law enforcement and stay at home moms Jim trains them all. I Love This Place!!!

Fantastic experience: When I started going here I was out of shape and had chronic pain. My back, hips and knees were always hurting. Since working out I now have my strength back and the pain is gone. I love the individual attention I get and love how I feel after a workout.

Fantastic experience: 10 Stars if I had that option! IKSC is not your run of the mill gym. If you are serious about strength training and nutrition, this is your new home. Jim Beaumont is the owner and sole trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you reach your strength training goals. The class sizes are kept small so each member gets one-on-one coaching throughout your workout. I started training at IKSC after I had surgery from cancer. Jim took the time to learn my needs, helped get my strength back, and continues to keep me focused. I definitely recommended dropping in on a class to check it out. You will soon find yourself joining the IKSC family.

Fantastic experience: Sue Grover here. I have known Jim Beaumont and learned from him for years. I don’t live in Idaho, but I worked out at his gym while there visiting for a few weeks. Jim is a straight arrow, and he is so very knowledgeable about the human body and what it takes to really train for the best and healthiest results. Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here for six months. I’ve seen enormous changes in my body composition, and in my strength. The class sizes are small and you get individual attention and coaching. It’s a laid back but professional atmosphere. No gimmicks just hard work and results.

Fantastic experience: I’m a convert! I was hesitant to try kettlebells but Jim teaches the fundamentals first. There is a lot of overlap with functional movement and surprisingly, also with yoga (in terms of body alignment and using strength over the entire range of movement). Each daily workout has three levels so I’m able to challenge myself in a way that keeps me wanting to come back!
