Fantastic experience: BUFF (Buffalo Ultimate Fitness Facility) is a hidden gem on the boarder of Williamsville and Clarence. Back In the day I used to ride my bike to Pesci’s pizza in the same plaza there. The grounds and equipment there are premium (also very clean). The staff of just a few have great knowledge and hospitality. You won’t find folks coming here all dressed up for mirror selfies and social media flaunting. It’s a smaller venue with a pilates’s room for classes as well as two different massage therapists in the back. When I move towards the city, I will still go outta my way to get here. It’s intimate, clean and a relaxing way to spend a workout each session.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for about 18 months. There are plenty of machines to use, the facility is very clean and Brett and Michael are excellent trainers. I would highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a full service and professional training facility.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with many personal trainers throughout the years and I have to say that Brett and his trainers are fantastic. They tailor my workouts to the physical demands of my lifestyle / career and I will say that their attention to detail is superb. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life and I do not hesitate for one second to refer my friends and patients to their facility!
