Fantastic experience: I love going to this gym for Zumba!! Cindy and Marisa's zumba class is always full of energy and fun. I love these two zumba instructors and attend their class on a regular basis. We just had a Zumbathon here and Cindy and Marisa were AMAZING!! All the energy was there, they had special guest come in and dance, they also had a photo booth and prizes. They did so much and worked so hard for the Zumbathon and they nailed it! They both are so sweet and help! I couldnt think about doing zumba without them! They are two amazing people sharing what they love with their students and that is great! I may not be into working out a lot but one thing i will always do is attend Cindy and Marisa's class!!

Fantastic experience: Its my gym...they are clean and doing everything as far as keeping up with covid 19 practices. Constantly cleaning...air filtration system's...and everyone using the gym is also doing their part to keep the gym clean and workout friendly to insure that crunch stays open.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it there! The people are easy going. I have not yet met a mean or rude person there. Workers are helpful & always very nice without being weird about it. Hit zone area is packed with good cardio equipment. Wide selection of weight lifting equipment. Locker room is clean & everyone wears a mask with as of (12/2020) it is still a social norm lol... 5 stars definitely recommend.. im here to stay personally

Fantastic experience: Trainers know what they’re doing. Great people and awesome atmosphere. The equipment is pristine, and the cleaners work 24/7 during Covid. The guidelines are simple and the gym is very friendly and efficient. Much cheaper rates than LA Fitness and a better crew and staff than planet fitness. Management is professional and workers are friendly. :)

Fantastic experience: The staff here is super friendly and approachable. Always well maintained equipment and their prices are better than any other gym for what you get included with membership. Classes are great too!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. The trainers there will answer any questions even if you are not part of their program. And it really is a judgement free zone.

Fantastic experience: Clean facility, New York State compliant air system,. Pleasant staff and great communication about how they are complying with regulation to give you a safe place to exercise. Has an app to accompany your work out to track progress. Been a member for 4 years.

I have 2 children and they love they girls in the child area, unlike la fitness they are actually in there with the kids and not just looking at a TV or computer. Fantastic experience: I personally think this place is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Im working I dont wait long.. if ever to get on machines. Plus the workout classes, tanning and they (hydro massage I never used yet) is included in the membership I have. Its very worth it.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Gym is very great they have they have lots of varieties of gym equipment they also have a sauna in the changing room so if you want get your sweat on. like relax take deep breaths go to the song that's how I like a basketball place where you can play basketball with your friends and all that stuff and they have weightlifting stew so and they also can make you some smoothies

Fantastic experience: I travel all over the US and try to get as many workouts in as I can. When they were World Gym it was a good place. Pretty clean, staff was ok, etc.. Since Crunch took over this place is TERRIFIC! The staff is really friendly and helpful. There are a bunch of new machines and more space than before. The gym is immaculate! I was there twice this week and they are cleaning no stop. The guy that was vacuuming not only does a great job but he also encourages the people that are working out. All in all, if I lived here this would be my regular gym. Can't wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good Crunch location. We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff when we told them we were visiting after the Williamsville location had closed. The equipment was in good condition and the atmosphere was friendly. I will definitely visit this Crunch location again.

Fantastic experience: Jarred's Boot Camp is unmatched. I've never worked harder in any other class. I groan and roll my eyes but I love every second of it. Also, I love the gym. It's clean, the locations are convenient, and I can workout and get out. For those who complain about the smell, well, it's a gym, people! If you're not sweating, what the heck are you doing there?!
