Fantastic experience: I have been crossfitting from 2015 on and off in many cites because of my job relocations. So when I moved to Florida as my permanent base, I wanted some good crossfit box because that would be my permanent box eventually. I must say, this one of the best box I have been to. I am glad I landed here. One thing that I liked most about this place is that coach "Jaime" and "James" will make sure that your forms are perfect on all movements that you do. This really really helps because there is always someone to keep close watch at you even when you loose track while finishing your WOD. Also having kids area here is huge benefit. Because now I am able to leave my kid watching us while we exercise. This has motivated them to be more athletics which we always wanted. Me and my wife have seen all kids several times copying our movements in there designated area. It was so nice to see them trying those movements.. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Shadow Pack is an amazing place with amazing trainers who help you to succeed. I really enjoyed going there but unfortunately due to medical issues I can not continue. If your looking for a workout that challenges you and trainers that support you 100% then this is the place for you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality This place is amazing. I tried it for free on Veterans Day 2019 and I go multiple times a week and have made amazing friends. The place is super clean and the owners are the best . They have a child care area and multiple classes a day. I tell everyone I know that wants to get in shape to join the pack

Fantastic experience: I started at Shadow Pack with personal training and I loved it! Shevieve is an amazing trainer who met me right where I was fitness wise. She challenged me but helped me grow in a way that was comfortable for me. She listened to my goals and supported me as a whole person. I was shy and unsure if I could make it in a regular class but she did such a wonderful job as a personal trainer that I gained enough strength and confidence to join the regular CrossFit classes and I love it! This gym is not intimidating and the other athletes have been extremely inviting. I never miss a work out anymore.

Fantastic experience: Shadow Pack Crossfit is a hidden gem! I have been doing CrossFit for 7 years and had to change gyms closer to home. The decision was very hard but the owners made it an transition easy and a great experience. Awesome coaches/owners, great class times and the Crossfit family feel!! Check this gym out!

Fantastic experience: This is the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to! I was so intimidated to walk in but Shevieve greeted me and immediately made me feel at home. If you’re curious stop in aNd take a class and you’ll be hooked! And they have AC!
