Fantastic experience: I have been meaning to write a review for this amazing gym for a year now. 1 year ago I took the leap to get back in the gym after a decade off. At 44 years old I was nervous, self conscious and quite frankly scared about how I’d be received. First off the staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly and super helpful even at 5am! From time to time I’ve had questions about equipment and they are so easy to approach and show me what to do! Patrick especially a thank you to you! Excel is lucky to have you! Next I want to mention all the beautiful people we’ve met. Every morning we are welcomed by the 5am usuals. Smiles and laughs all around and they are always so helpful and so encouraging. When we skip a day we get accountability reactions in a super supportive way! I’ve never once felt self conscious or out of my element. Everyone is so helpful too! It’s crazy to me how much I miss this gym if I’m out for a bit! If your nervous about taking the leap with this gym take it from me, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Just started lifting again and was recommended this gym by a buddy of mine and I was not disappointed. Well maintained equipment, perfect temperature, and unlike some gyms with 24 Hour by name, they are actually open for 24 hours. Oh and all the employees are super helpful.

Fantastic experience: Affordable gym for lifting and getting stronger. The staff is friendly and they’re always cleaning constantly. Bathrooms are always clean. It’s been 1 week and I love the atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I don’t even go to this gym but was checking the reviews because I was planning on joining and the only negative was not requiring masks. That a real American owned business. Wear one or don’t. Nobody cares but you and mask wearers. Choose a different gym if you feel you can not get sick from someone wearing a mask. Seems like it’s packed enough with out you.

Fantastic experience: Awesome workout spot! I've been working out for over a year here. People are generally very respectful and polite. They could work on wiping equipment after usage. You get to know the front desk after working out here a lot and they are also very friendly! One thing I LOVE about this place is that it is open 24/7 so I can go there at midnight when there are fewer people, and it's nice and quiet. There are two full body massage chairs. Just take off your shoes and make sure you aren't sweaty before using them. There is also a sauna in each bathroom and you can control the temperature if you need. There is also a room full of mirrors where you can stretch, use the stationary bikes, and use lighter handheld weights. There is another section to use heavier dumbbells. There are several squat racks available. Two deadlift areas in the corner. There are also cubbies to store your belongings. In the locker rooms, if you bring your own lock, you can store stuff in lockers too. You can pay debit for a cheaper month to month cost or you can pay annually and get a free month. There is a badge system and you enter after you tap in your badge. If you are entering for the first time, then use the door on the right side to open, it is unlocked.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good equipment (good bars, machines, weights, and the treadmills are in good condition), pretty clean, very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing I don't like is that I can always hear the music through my noise canceling headphones. It's loud. If you enjoy that though, then that's not a problem for you. Definitely recomend, especially at the price.

Fantastic experience: I love this facility. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a variety of great equipment that is all kept in good working order. The gym is clean, and has a lowkey/focused atmosphere. I appreciate the 24 hr access, sauna, towel service, and massage chairs.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca and Nate are unfortunately a part of the incredibly soft, but vocal minority. One of the best gyms I have been to, drive 20 minutes daily to come here. Staff is cleaning CONSTANTLY, plus members are very consistent with wiping down equipment after use. Excel is consistently buying new equipment that their members recommend, and always are looking for ways to improve their facility. Staff is always friendly and readily available to help. I look forward to being a part of this gym as they continue to grow, and am grateful people such as Rebecca and Nate won’t be infecting the facility with their negative/whiny attitudes.. keep it up guys!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Literally the best gym I ever went to and will keep on going to. Don't know why there even bad reviews here. The staff here are very helpful and are very nice. Gym is always being cleaned by cleaning people that I see every morning and also by the staff. The atmosphere of the gym is what makes me want to come back everyday.

Plenty of good equipment and I love having massage chairs and a sauna available, both have really improved my mental/physical health. When I first signed up late last year, it was a little bit dirtier than I would have liked, especially in the bathrooms. However, lately it feels like they’re improving. Great value, good culture. Fantastic experience: Best gym in Northern California and beyond. Incredible value, sauna, massage chairs, and they even still add machines, weights and equipment. Ditch the commercial gyms that look down upon people who just want to push themselves to be better and stronger without being looked down upon for wanting to breathe the air of life, unfilitered. Thank you to the owner(s) and employees for running such a place it means a lot more especially in these times. Customer for life!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Signed up specifically because they didn't mandate the mask. On top of that, they are super clean as much as possible. It's a gym, at times it gets dirty, it's normal but the staff does a great job at going around and cleaning up. I drive a special distance to this gym be because it's about as real as a real gym gets. I love it. Constant equipment upgrades and always are interested on what their customers want. The only attentive gym I've been too. Really sticking to the G code and keeping it the way it's supposed to be. You can tell they are not hungry for your money but a healthy and dope environment! Excel to the top let's go!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this facility for close to a year. The owner and operators of this facility are extremely responsive to concerns, cleanliness and overall care of the gym and the members. I work out daily at 3 a.m. during the week and I always see the gym being cleaned. The person who cleans the gym cannot also come behind members and clean equipment, such as dumb bells, after each member puts them down. That’s the member’s responsibility. I’ve been a member of a few gyms and this is by far my favorite. 24 hours. Closely monitored. Well maintained equipment. Responsive ownership and management. Great price. And it is clean gosh darn it!!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great place! Very reasonable monthly no contract pricing. 24 hour access. Friendly people. Tons of high quality Life fitness equipment, cardio and free weights. My favorite is the treadmills with built in multi media monitors to watch TV or link your smart phone for music or videos. Clean hand towels when you walk in. Free personal training and classes. Locker rooms are clean and they provide body wash etc. End your workout in their massage chairs! I love this place. Locally owned, I met the owner and he goes out of his way to make sure your happy. This rating was not solicited. I am a paying member and I want to see this great club succeed.

Anyone who has an issue with their health and well being and who are worried about their own safety (referring to the pandemic), worry about yourself and have your own responsibility. Stop trying to control others behaviors because they are actively doing something (or in this case not doing something) you disagree with. In other words if this gym isn't up to your standards, kindly f*ck off.

Fantastic experience: An incredible, affordable gym with down to earth and professional staff. It does get a little busy, but for a good reason. During COVID, they continue to make sure people are staying healthy while maintaining a very safe and sanitary facility. I am lucky they’re here and will absolutely continue my membership and cancel my 24 Hour Fitness membership when other gyms reopen indoors.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for 4 months now! The vibe here is great, all the fellow gym goers are all friendly. It's not like the big commercial gyms and that's the best part. I workout in the morning and the staff there is always helpful, they steady walk around and make sure you have a mask on.. they are wiping down machines and steady keeping up with PPE. I will continue to workout here even after the Covid lockdown is over.

Fantastic experience: I heard about this gym through a buddy of mine, so I decided to check it out. We went initially to get a 7 day pass to try it out, however, after walking around and speaking with the owner, we signed up immediately. All of the equipment is brand new and top notch, the space is clean and inviting and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is all very nice and helpful. I have been recommending to everyone in the area!
