Fantastic experience: Dropped in to workout while visiting family in town, been looking for a gym in the area to go to when on these visits and I was really impressed!!! The individual at the front desk, Alicia was very nice and welcoming and let me tour before getting a day pass. It’s also very clean and they have a cool CrossFit area right at the front!! Will definitely be back!! :)

Fantastic experience: Overall this is a great place. They kept operating during a pandemic while surfing the crazy policy changes happening during the pandemic. Overall a good gym. I am a local and have been happy that I could come to this place while others have closed. They have made some recent updates and added some machines, which is nice.

Positive experience: We need that shoulder mechine from 24 fitness and it's lift the person to do the shoulder work and I love that mechine and we it on crunch.,....,

Fantastic experience: Join the gym it was not $12 I wouldn't sign a contract I did the month to month it was 17 dollars per month the facility is clean the staff is knowledgeable and helpful

Fantastic experience: My adult son with intellectual disabilities goes here. He works on weights. The facilities are always clean, disinfected and well maintained. The staff is great always treating my son with respect and integrity. Pleasant, personable, professional are words I use to describe them. The manager is great. We had a bank glitch and Aubrey helped us resolve it in a way that was friendly, professional and quick. I recommend this gym for many reasons. Try it! You'll like it!

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym and would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for Hillary the Asian lady who works week days in the morning. I say good morning to her and she looks me right in the eye and dosnt say anything; isn’t she making the big bucks to represent the company? I’ll change this rating to 5 stars when they teach her some customer service or get rid of her.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Crunch! The staff has always made me feel welcomed and have answered any “dumb” questions for me:) Andrew is my favorite staff member. His customer service feels genuine and comfortable. Without knowing it, he has literally stopped me from being mad at my husband! Hilary is another staff member that has such a bright smile. I feel completely comfortable joking and laughing with her which makes my workout experience even better!! We are planning to move and are centering It around Crunch in San Juan.

Fantastic experience: Great value. COVID Update -Face masks must be worn the entire time -Locker rooms and shower are open -Capacity is at 37 people -Going in the mornings, I've never had to wait. This location is spread out and seems to never fill up uncomfortably

Fantastic experience: It's just as good as 24hr fitness. Possibly even better than the one in citrus heights and carmichael. The month to month cost is only $15 and there's a year $40 service fee. WAY CHEAPER and BETTER than 24 hour fitness's value.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Fitness in Citrus Heights have the best staffs. All are friendly and very helpful in any way they can. It makes my workout more enjoyable. I specially want to thank Tim, my awesome personal trainer. He continues to motivate me and makes sure I’m meeting my goals.

Fantastic experience: I joined a few weeks ago and my experience has been very positive, from the moment I walk in I’m greeted warmly. Machines are always available people are respectful and friendly. Would recommend joining Crunch!!!

Fantastic experience: Plenty of available machines, or free-weights anytime I go. And no "so-called" personal trainers walking up, telling me I'm doing it wrong, or trying to sell me a session. Best prices for membership too.

Fantastic experience: Joined in January and go a few times a week with my teenage boys. The trainer was awesome and helped explain so much to me so that I could better benefit from my workouts. Great gym with much to offer.

Fantastic experience: I love working out at Crunch. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The equipment is well maintained. I like to listen to Fox News while walking on the treadmill. It’s great that there are so many TV screens to choose from. The ladies restroom, changing room, showers are always clean.

Fantastic experience: The gym is really nice, clean, and plenty of up to date machines. Better than the last gym I was a member of, the last gym machines had taped a sign on them out of order and always filthy. It finally closed down I was happy to get out of the contract. So I joined Crunch fitness a week later. The only didappoinment I had with crunch fitness was . they had protien powder on sale I ask them the price Which was a great price so I write the price down and put it in my fanny pack soo I would remember how much money to bring back I ask the lady at the front desk to hold it until tomorrow . I can back to purchase the protien and it was all sold out. She apologized and said she would have her manager bring more from another location the next day. I came back no protien. It took 3 days to get it in. This is the shocker. She rung it up and told me 75.00 I said wait thats not the price they told me . she said what was the price I said 30% off she said they made a mistake that price was for personal trainers only. I said you mean to tell me after all I been through to purchase this yall gave me the wrong information. She apologized and put it away behind the counter. I believe in excellent customer service and that customer service was horrific. They could have at least honnerd the price. I will never buy pridurs from them other than that I like my new gym home. I just have to go to a nutrition store to get my protein powder.

Fantastic experience: Gyms are hard to maintain and keep operating smoothly, this gym does a hella good job doing so. Always appears clean. Floor staff always acknowledge your entrance/exit and keeps that positive motivation to come to the gym, flowing.

Fantastic experience: Everything is clean and I love the staff! They’re sweet, funny and friendly. (Even the showers! I use them before work in the morning after a workout and they’re not bad at all). I recently upgraded my membership and purchased the 3 months of personal training. The personal trainer is great she is dedicated and makes sure I stay hydrated and keeps pushing me to do better/have better form. I like all of the amenities without the price of the other gyms that way over charge. I used to really hate the gym but this place has me coming back everyday cause it’s cheap, clean and fun lol I never thought I’d be writing such a good review!

Fantastic experience: I'm more new at this gym but I wanted to chime in for those wondering how this gym is for heavier people: Its great. I have been working on getting in shape while doing modifications for my shoulder injury. I have no complaints of the staff and the personal trainers are very awesome. No one harasses you, makes snide comments, and I've found it a relaxing place to escape and focus on improving myself. Check this one out! I used to be fearful of gyms and now am finding myself looking and feeling better cause I have this gym as an outlet.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined and love the Zumba classes. I've used the equipment, weights and cardio, the atmosphere is really laid back environment and everyones in their zones. It's motivational energy for sure. I got the top package so I could get it all, I came from CalFit and this is way more affordable. I can't wait to try out their tanning beds and want to get on the hydromassage too. Those are my favorite, I will probably go today on my lunch now that I'm writing this LOL Oh yeah, also when you tag Crunch in your insta story, they repost it to their story, so here's some love back at you <3 Thanks for the awesome vibes and the t shirt.

Fantastic experience: You can really work up a burn nicely here. Great classes,machines and dumbbells as far as the eye can see. Don't forget the numerous treadmills and stairmasters. Heavy metal rules!

Fantastic experience: When i first came to this fitness they told me all about this place and how it works. Also i got a free person training at which trainer explained to me how to train. The major plus is that there is no judgments, so you could start here without any problems.
