Fantastic experience: A great gym for those who don't like the large franchises that treat you like a number and try to force personal trainers on you. A nice sized gym with all the equipment you need for a healthy lifestyle. Never really crowded, don't have to wait for equipment, great gym etiquette by the fellow members (wiping down equipment, etc.). Just an overall great gym to train. Definitely better than any large cookie cutter franchise gym by a mile.

Fantastic experience: This is the number 1 place that comes to .ind when you want a great environment to excel in weight training or just to get in shape! There's no judgment everyone there is on a path to success! The owners are amazing and helpful i can even begin to explain how thankful I am for them and this gym! My second home now! Even after long day at work I get excited to be able to get in here and train to my best ability! Please check this place out! This place might not be for every body but if you want to work hard and gain muscle or lose some pounds their wide variety of equipment will do the job! Atleast come stop by and check it out! Fantastic experience: I usually go late night or very early morning so usually only about 2-4 peeps there. Various work out machines and free weights. The only complaint I have, du to my allergies and lobectomy, is the horrible flowery auto air fresher. Can we change the scent?

Fantastic experience: Not only is it 24 hours, but the name Retro Flex is exactly what it sounds like and is the definition or what a gym should be. I worked out in the evening time a few times and everyone is friendly. I mainly work out after 12am, so even when it's a little empty. Others will help you out when you need it.

Fantastic experience: Super great gym! I love that it is open 24 hours. It has every piece of equipment you could want! They have an entire room dedicated to legs! They have a few fitness classes, a smoothie bar, and a tanning room. It's pretty busy in the middle of the day, but the evening hours are great.

Fantastic experience: Conveniently 24 hours.More than adequate parking.Cleaner than average for a gym with varied and effective equipment.Owners are directly avail 5 or even 6 days a week,and are very friendly.There are however alot of annoying bro types in the later hours,your braincells will atrophy if you are exposed.
