Fantastic experience: Professionals on staff and clean facility.

Positive experience: I love this little gym. Some of the machines are a little outdated but they have a pretty good variety. I'm glad it's never crowded. The staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Looks like their expansion is just about complete. There's so much new equipment and space to use. This is now a huge gym. Every one is really friendly. It's a nice place to workout.

Fantastic experience: Nice friendly local gym! If youre close by check it out. It's very small but its just right for the 5-8 people that are usually there at a time. If you dont like small then 15 minutes away is a bigger Y with a pool and a gym. Otherwise this is a convenient local place to burn some calories with nice equipment!

Positive experience: A nice place, nice employes. Clean showers. Excellent treadmills. Has the equipment you need to do a good workout. Help from trained with work knowledge. Needs to expand. Locally in town, Dade City Courthouse. Worth going.

Positive experience: I exercise and work part time there. Members and staff alike are just like family. We are mainly a gym for your cardio, strength and resistance training.
