It starts from the top down with Coach Jerry whose demeanor sets the tone for a safe place to begin your martial arts and fitness journey or to train for competition. There are programs for all ages, fitness and skill levels. The coaches and staff are knowledgeable and very professional. Fantastic experience: My son started in the Kickboxing class and then his little sister joined. Then he decided to add Jui Jitsu. I think they like it here. Good thing their big sisters dance next door at Kick It Up. We are homeschoolers and they make it easy to use charter school funds, too!
