Fantastic experience: Brand New State of the Art equipment. Unlimited Functional Group Exercise classes. Friendly and attentive staff that keep the space clean and organized. So grateful to have found this place so that I can get effective workouts in my packed schedule while the kids are doing their thing in the Sports Mall!!

Fantastic experience: Best training equipment in the world. Trainers are very qualified and fun to work with. The group training studio is AMAZING! Don't miss out on any of the group training classes.

Fantastic experience: Started going to COPA Fit beginning of the year and really love it. High end cardio equipment & weights. The spin room is fantastic. If you have kids that have training at COPA Soccer Training Center, or one of the other sports at Shadelands Sports Mall, might be a great place to workout while they are in training.
