Crunch Fitness - Walnut Creek

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the professionalism of Carolyn Thickett and would recommend anyone interested in joining this club to speak with her. The facility is also very clean and has all the equipment you will need for any type of workout. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I happily call Crunch WC a sanctuary for myself -- I take classes up to 4 - 5 times a week. Pilates with Deirdre, Midori and Liz are my absolute favorites - however - any class I go to I find myself leaving stronger and a clearer minded. All of the instructors are incredibly kind. The staff is helpful and friendly. Happy to be apart of Crunch WC :-)

Fantastic experience: This Gym is a 5++++. The layout is perfect for someone that’s new to fitness to the expert fitness guru. Clean is their motto and customer service exceeds all expectations. A big shout out to Mike, manager, who made our experience worthy!!!!

Fantastic experience: Popped in late Saturday afternoon after a long drive from OC. I’ve only been there twice but it will always be the gym I hit when I’m in Walnut Creek. Clean, excellent mix of culture, and it has all the necessities you’d need to for a good work out. I met Rob the manager while working out. He runs a solid ship there. Super impressed with the facility and operations. Crunch will take care of ya.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Extremely welcoming to everyone, young and old. Every type of equipment you could need. I have never had to wait for a bench or any system, since they have lots of equipment and a wide variety. And very clean and everything is always where it is supposed to be. One other thing that I like - lots of parking. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I am coming from San Diego my son has a Soccer camp in Palos altos and we needed a place to work out crunch fitness was an excellent gym to come out and work out the staff was excellent and they helped us in getting us set up

Fantastic experience: Holy cow. My main gym is in Oregon, and this location here in Walnut creek blows it out of the water. The value of having a towel service, sparkling clean facility, steam room, sauna many many lockers it is just leagues ahead of my home gym. Weights are not missing from some racks (where are the 2.5s and 5s in my home gym?!?) I was considering switching gyms to get this kind of experience at home. Seeing that some crunch has these facilities makes me want to stick with them, but there needs to be some updates in my northern home state!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about two weeks and so far I'm really liking this gym. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and it's generally not crowded even during busier times. They've got everything you could need, and everything is kept very clean. The locker rooms are generally spotless and well-stocked. Everyone wears masks. A+ so far, it feels great to be back in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere & facilities. I came across only clean, respecful & inspiring members. They have loads of specialist equipment i haven't even tried yet. There's definintely something for everyone. Plenty of equipment, enormous TV's & space to stretch even when it gets busy. I would recommend this place as there's no hidden charges or issues and you do not have to be in a full year's contract. I definitely will be back next time i am in town. Top marks from me.

Fantastic experience: Out of desperation with no luck communicate with the Blackhawk general manager, and no phone number to call higher managers, I found this store and gave them a call, The store manager Charles was very helpful and truthful when talk to me. He's very friendly and listened to my problem. And gave very useful solutions as to find out the truth. With his help, I know my next step to resolve my problem. Too bad this is not my gym, I can't say enough good things about Charles.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the Bay area, but when I walked into Crunch Fitness in Walnut Creek looking for a new gym I quickly knew I found the right place. This gym is sharp, to say the least. All the equipment looks and feels brand new (which they are I believe!) and the entire space is clean as a whistle. It has everything I'm looking for in a gym and more. Classes, steam room, all for a reasonable price. I was also fortunate to meet Mike, the GM, and can see why this gym is running so smooth.

Fantastic experience: Personal trainer Daniel Anderson is amazing. My workouts are different every time and I leave completely spent. He will also change things up to continue to focus on flexibility or to work out some desk job kinks. He has also provided me with hockey specific routines and work outs I can do when I am traveling and do not have the awesome line up of equipment Crunch Walnut Creek provides. Highly recommend Daniel and Crunch Walnut Creek!

Fantastic experience: Amazing in every way. Location is perfect and very bike / trail accessible(contra costa to oak grove exit then follow dedicated bike lane) Equipment is modern and well maintained , high tech, sync to Fitbit etc Classes are EXCEPTIONAL . Definitely not ones you would see elsewhere Personal trainers : I haven’t had personal experience with the trainers here, but I’m told are also quite knowledgeable and leaders in their field. Lockers : nothing over the top, but they are safe and clean.

Fantastic experience: Joined Crunch before they opened. Started training with Dan Anderson immediately. I am super impressed. He puts in a lot of thought to our program and I really like his methods. I feel stronger and better conditioned. I have worked with other trainers at other gyms, but I have done more in less time with Dan than with the others. Crunch is clean and bright. Never overly crowded though classes do fill up. Staff is very friendly. Parking available in shopping center. And rooftop parking behind the gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! Clean. Spacious. Updated. Solid workout equipment. What more could a girl ask for? The location is in a prime spot and they open on time. Locker rooms are well kept and have a the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, mouth rinse) to freshen up after a sweat session.
