Fantastic experience: I used to go to this gym,I had a great experience.I felt awkward at first, but I didn’t let that hold me back. I kept showing up and it got better and easier. By the end of the month I was able to keep up with the exercises. Only because of how we trained in a group of 2. It helped keep pressure to become better. Along with the keep of the coach (Donald), along with his wife,i I think it was. Well that was a while back, and I just remembered after passing by the gym.
