Fantastic experience: Great rec center! Plenty of weights and equipment, cardio machines are in good condition, pool is clean and has convenient hours for free swim. Staff is always helpful.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate this Denver Park & Recreation location; it's right off the LightRail & next to the Denver Health Eastside Clinic. It has somewhat of a secret pool as the 9am water aerobics class on Tue & Thu is hardly packed at all! The dressing rooms are small but everyone has been so kind & it's not as busy as the other places I've been. There are no family restrooms here.

Fantastic experience: This place is just what I want from a gym. They have everything you need for a good workout without all the fuss. It would be nice if they had a pec deck though.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym... Incredibly great value for the area. I pay 30 dollars a month to access all the Denver Rec Centers, including Glenarm. Which is amazing considering several gyms near me wanted 50-60 per month and didnt have the same amedities as Glenarm. Very clean pool and locker rooms. Good lap hours... Wish there were more lap hours in the evening, but the current schedule is good. Good staff. Ive chatted with the lifeguards a few times. They are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: If you like really laid back and secret gym spots this recreation center is ideal. It's hidden so most people don't know about it. Also the pool area always has free lanes open.

Fantastic experience: My kids (age 3 & 6) love taking swim lessons here with Rene and Jade. We think they are the BEST swim instructors in Denver, and have tried multiple classes at different locations. Both kids have learned so much since starting lessons here. My 3 year old has been taking lessons for less than a year here and is already swimming 1/2 the length of the pool! :)
