Fantastic experience: Awesome place for a good workout

Fantastic experience: The new owner Jay has taken Blitz 45 to a new level. My son and I are very pleased with the small group personal training that Blitz 45 provides. I haven't been this fit in a long time.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at blitz 45 now for a little over a month , they are my absolute FAVORITE place to go! They have built an amazing community. Everyone who works there is friendly and outgoing. I feel truly blessed to have found a gym that cares about their members and them achieving their goals thank you Eric and Tyler for everything.

Fantastic experience: Best studio gym that’s fun the whole 45 minutes! Lots of functional training and positive energy. Learned about proper form for weight lifting as I usually train on my own and it was nice being around other people to keep me going. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Blitz 45 is amazing. The people that work here are positive and upbeat people. For me the hard part of working out is accountability. Its hard to not be accountable when you enjoy the place that you work out at. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cut some weight or build some muscle, this is the place to do it!!!

Fantastic experience: Great cleanliness first off. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The program is very challenging but I never felt judged. The clients were all nice and respectful to each other. There is a variety of demographics of all kinds represented and people of varying abilities and desired outcomes. I highly recommend Blitz 45!!!

Fantastic experience: The Blitz family is AMAZING and so welcoming! I've tried joining other gyms and this gym made me feel at home right off the bat. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are encouraging , and the owners are amazing. After your work out you'll feel refreshed like you could conquer the day! Fantastic experience: Tried a week free trial here to learn some new workouts and get a little motivation to get back into shape. Stayed for the awesome people and killer workouts. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I enjoy the workouts abs the atmosphere but most of all the staff! The staff reaches out but not an annoying way instead it all in love and care. They make sure that you are doing ok and always check to see if you need any support.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This is a more involved gym. Very connected and those who run it actually care. Put your time in and they will help you every step of the way. Active monitors keep track of each workout. Ive been at it for 3 weeks and each session has been a new layout. Really fun classes with good people, I definitely walk out feeling accomplished.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff and great fitness program. They were so friendly and allowed me to try out a class and there was such Great Energy and the coaches love what they do, you can really tell. I loved how I was able to keep track of my heart rate and calorie loss as I participated in the workout. Really cool gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality 4 weeks ago I couldn't even do a push up!! The workouts keep me engaged and work muscles I didn't even know existed. Fantastic experience: The workouts are challenging and done in 45 minutes so you can get on with the rest of your day. The workout area is always clean and ready to go. What really puts Blitz45 above the others is the staff and their commitment to helping people at all levels achieve their fitness goals. They are always smiling and friendly, greet you by your name when you arrive, and make sure you have everything you need to succeed before you walk out of the door. I am now in my eighth week and I couldn’t have imagined the results I am experiencing so far. This is a great gym with fantastic ownership and staff! Five stars all day everyday!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place and the people are awesome. There hasn't been a workout I didn't like. They're very challenging but so fulfilling when you're done. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants an honest challenging workout....if you don't leave dripping wet you didn't push yourself enough

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place and the people in it! One of the things that really stood out to me when I first started working out here was that nobody wore a mask during the "mask mandate". I love when a business can stand up for themselves according to their Constitutional rights. Maybe if more people were taking care of their health, their immune systems would be able to fight "bugs" off Another few things I love about this gym is the encouragement from the owner, Eric, the trainers, and fellow Blitz45 family that attend. I have never felt like I belong as well as I do at Blitz45. Besides all that, I've learned a new health routine and nutrition that meets my needs. I've lost 35lbs in 6 months and I feel great. Thanks Blitz45 fam for believing in me. You're all the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: These guys make fitness feel personal. Not only are my fellow classmates friendly and supportive, but all four instructors have taken time to coach me on better form, encourage me to keep pushing, and always congratulate me at the end of each class. Special shout out to Tyler for making me feel like he’s invested in my fitness journey, following up with me on questions I’ve asked and offering advice. Blitz45 doesn’t know a single negative word, or how to make you feel bad. It’s just all positivity, smiles and SWEAT.

Fantastic experience: Taking 12 week challenge currently. It is a challenge but it is so worth it!!! EVERYONE is awesome. Owner, instructors, fellow "classmates". This is a great place to come and learn if you're new to working out (like me) or challenge yourself if you're already familiar with your physical fitness! Love it!!

Fantastic experience: Walking in for a class at 6 am is not easy for most but I immediately was excited to be there! Not only were the trainers and staff kind and friendly but they were encouraging and helpful. I felt confident and was able to push through the workout with ease! Such a great gym and location! I really recommend trying it out! Jourdan is such a great Trainer there! Check her out for sure.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't really looking for a gym since I lead classes myself but I stopped in and chatted with the owners Eric Cabrera and Walter Williams and thought I'd give it a try. The trainers are authentic and truly know their stuff, I've had bad trainers. The heart monitoring system is genius and it helps the trainers keep you at a good workout pass that is truly safe for you! I love being able to schedule the class I want to attend knowing it won't be over full! They encourage and treat each person like family! and the atmosphere is so positive you can't help but feel good from the moment you walk in to when you leave! I highly recommend giving them a shot!

Fantastic experience: Being in my 50's I was a little leary joining a group training facility. Eric, one of the owners, encouraged me to try and reassured me you work at your own pace. I have loved the workouts, the trainers are very knowledge and I love variety of class times. When they say "Welcome to the Blitz family!" They mean it! Go check them out!
