They have created such a positive environment for powerlifting and have helped me grow into the lifter I am today Check out the SBB headquarters it’s unlike any other powerlifting gym in Colorado springs! Sam and Joe have been my coach’s since the very beginning and have now competed in 5 powerlifting meets including USPA nationals. The gym has everything you could need to meet your individual goals. As well as an amazing gym Sam has also helped with my personal nutrition goals to go hand in hand with their programs.

Fantastic experience: It's not very often where you find a business where their owners actually LOVE what they are doing. Spartan Barbell is and will continue to be a successful spot because of this. This facility is focused around power lifting and it has everything you need. Calibrated plates, fully functional Bench and squat racks. I look forward to training here every time I visit the springs. Each time I'm in town, I try my best to get in here as much as possible.

Fantastic experience: Great positive place and atmosphere, my wife has been training with them for quite some time and has won in both her powerlifting meets. The coaches Sam and Joe are very knowledgeable and can build complete safe accurate programs to meet your goals and needs.
