Fantastic experience: Really have enjoyed working out here. The structure of the classes is great to have a focused and effective work out. I am used to doing hour long classes, but F45 has everything you need in a 45 minute class and I always leave feeling accomplished. Love the atmosphere and can’t wait to continue challenging myself here.

Fantastic experience: I’m a bit new but I love it here. Especially coach, he’s awesome and always knows what to say. I forget to breath sometimes lol and it’s like he knows cuz he will say something like “breath guys” or “keep pushing” and he will correct u if your form is not right. I’m always looking forward to my next class.

My strength and stamina are steadly improving and I enjoy every class. I love the encouragement, the environment, and that they will modify a workout so everyone can participate. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been to many F45 gyms across the US, and this one has been one of our favs! This was a quick relaxing drive away from our beach house, but it was worth the 3 visits we made. We felt welcomed and at home here, and the trainers were lots of fun. We enjoyed taking part in 80’s day- so much fun! We highly recommend this gym, even if stopping in for a few workouts on vacay. We hope to be back soon! Thank you F45 Lake Jackson for being our home gym away from home! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been going to this gym for about 3weeks and I love it. I’m not the biggest fan of working out but I actually enjoy going. Each workout I know I’m getting something out of it. It gets your heart rate up and you burn a lot of calories. They have everything set up, you just show up and follow the instructions on how to do each workout. Very efficient for someone that needs to get a quick workout in and then go to work. Also, the trainers are amazing. You can tell that they actually care about you and your goals.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This is the first time in over 10 years that I’ve found a workout that I can be consistent with! I’m never bored, it’s challenging and fun to do. The coaches are great at pushing you while watching your heart rate and helping make sure you breathe too. I highly recommend joining the F45 family!

Fantastic experience: I don’t like going to the gym because I don’t like planning what to do and I don’t like having a “plan B” for when the machine I want to use is taken. F45 takes all of that stress away. The environment is amazing. The fitness knowledge, the friendly competition, AND it’s not a 2-3 hour time at the gym.. everything about it is so great! I recommend this for everyone of any age and any fitness level! It keeps me coming back and excited for my daily workout! ☺️

Fantastic experience: What I love about these workouts is that they are different each day and they have trainers/coaches that are very encouraging and address any concerns you have. These workouts are making me stronger that I have increased my weights. Furthermore, I have had back surgery and was afraid of injuring my back but it hasn’t happened even with increasing the weights. These workouts are also very addicting. Shout out to Brandon and Christina for being such great trainers!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F 45 for about two months know and i feel the difference in the two months i been there. When I got to F 45 was for health problems I was a diabetic but the two months that I have been there doing there workouts have help me get off my diabetic medicine and know my body feels great without taking my medicine. So I wanna thank all the trainers and Vickie for there encouragement and pushing me to get better. So I would say if you are looking for a good a workout i would recommend F45 to any body who is ready for a change.
