Fantastic experience: Great coaches! Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. I never knew anything about Crossfit. But this gym(box) is for any beginner or veteran. All workouts can be modified and scaled. Regardless you will get a great workout plus the location right off of the prairie path is a bigger bonus!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this community for 6 years. The gym is so supportive of every athletic ability and fosters an abundance of encouragement. CrossFit can be intimidating, but CrossFit Carol Stream takes away all the apprehension. Wonderful community and an excellent way to get in shape!

Fantastic experience: I walked into this gym almost 2years ago not knowing anyone and not knowing a thing about Crossfit but feeling bored w/ the regular workout routines and ready to try something new... 2 Years later.. I cant remember the last time I was on a scale, the last time I complained about my weight or the last time I worried about it! I'm stronger mentally and physically, I'm more self confident and I'm the happiest I've been in a long time.. all this becuz of crossfit ?? probably not I owe a lot of it to my "gym family" and all the support and friendships I've made.. changed my life!@ not only am I fitter, toner, and more solid than I've ever been at "41" but I also have a more balanced outlook on life, friendship, family & work and this is credited to my daily workouts along w/ the training and support system I get from my gym. Fantastic experience: I walked into crossfit carol stream a few years ago to find out what the hoopla was about crossfit. I have to say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have more strength than I could have imagined. Never in a million years did I think I could do a push up or pull up, and now I can! I have also formed some friendships that will last a lifetime. Our box has the best support system and sense of camaraderie....everyone cheers each other on and positively encourages one another to do their best. We trust each other, and believe in our coaches to continue helping us become the best versions of ourselves. Love my CFCS family!
