Crunch Fitness - Caldwell

Fantastic experience: If Planet Fitness and L.A. Fitness had a child, Crunch Fitness would be the result. This place has everything you need including hydro chairs and tanning beds. You get everything you want out of a gym and even though it's a bit pricer than Planet Fitness it's absolutely worth every penny you put into this membership and it doesn't break the bank like L.A. Fitness does. I would actually say this is better than those two gyms combined. What are you waiting for sign up! Also they have help if you have kids they will watch them while you get your workout done. You have zero excuses to not join.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! I was visiting the area and the staff was super helpful in finding the best solution for me. The equipment is new and clean. There is plenty of room for stretching/floor exercises and free weights. The times I went I never had to wait to use anything. All the facilities were very clean and there was plenty of parking.

Positive experience: Excellent instructors. Kristen R. leads yoga and other classes and provides clear instructions and alternative moves all the time. You do you! Took personal trainer sessions with Tim C. to get ready for hiking trip. Made good progress and learned A LOT.

Positive experience: This location has gotten better in keeping their equipment up and going. They're staff is where this location lacks. The staff that I see is always on their phones or chatting with friends completely ignoring customers. The tanning beds are always filthy because tanners and staff don't clean. There are just somethings that can be done better here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this Crunch for about two years off/on. It’s not some huge SoCal mega gym, but it is a very nice local gym with great staff. @Kristi Norman, sucks you had a bad experience. I have attended all of GG’s H.I.T classes and very much enjoy them. It sounds like maybe you need way more attention and help than the average person in the class. I recommend booking a one on one session with GG and she can correct your inefficiencies.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this location! I wish it wasn’t so far for me... The Nampa location is closer.... but honestly I prefer the Caldwell one. My kids also prefer the Caldwell location. Miss Jen in the daycare is absolutely amazing and just having her watch my kids is worth the 40 minute drive :) I hope the management does whatever they have to to keep her around for good!

Positive experience: Employees were always nice and helpful. There was the occasional machine that wouldn’t work and it did take a while to be fixed. Other than that it is a great gym. Great environment as well.

Plus everything else you can think of for working out. Crunch fits all fitness lifestyle's. I was really nervous joining any gym but Crunch fitness in Caldwell is a nice place with friendly staff and very helpful. Thanks!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for a few years now and I love the updates that the new owners are making. The machines are new and actually get repaired when they need to be. The pool is cleaner than I've ever seen it. They have also added in hydro massage chairs and tanning beds.

Fantastic experience: Started going to the Crunch Caldwell a few months ago, the equipment is good and the staff is very friendly. We also have kids so it's cool that they offer free family swim on the weekends for the little guys.

Fantastic experience: Been using Crunch Fitness since 2011 in Portland Oregon. Was so happy that the franchises are now here in Treasure Valley I quit a well-known local gym to be a crunch member again. The place is great. The price is right. Really can't get a better experience unless you go to a private Country Club.

Fantastic experience: Gym is very clean, good equipment and enough room to move around with out being crowded. The fees are very reasonable and you get what you pay for. I recommend that you go talk to someone about a membership and become part of the group there. They offer work out classes and they are even part of the membership fee.

Fantastic experience: Amazing location, the other sites are always super slammed which makes it hard to get on equipment this site does get busy but has plenty of equipment to facilitate everyone. The wonderful and professional staff make working out a pleasant experience. The facilities are always clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: The Caldwell crunch fitness is a very nice place to go the staff there is very nice and helpful the instructors are fantastic I feel there's a lack of communication between the Caldwell Club members and the rest of the organization but I do want to emphasize that the Caldwell staff is very very nice and accommodating. I belong to Boomer classes and both Cheryl and VIcki go all out for us and give us a very good training
