Fantastic experience: The community within the gym is so welcoming. Everyone is so welcoming and so inviting. You can consistently see people motivating each other and pushing each other. Between the 24 hour access and the availability to top of the line equipment I never want to find another gym again

Fantastic experience: I've been here a couple weeks and the most I've had to wait for anything is measured in seconds. The variety of equipment is crazy. They have atlas stones. They have a peg board. They have sleds. Multiple racks. Multiple pull up bars. Heavy DBs. Several deadlift platforms. This is definitely not planet fitness. People go here to get strong.

Fantastic experience: My family has been with the Factory and its owners since day one! All three of my boys have trained here. I have been extremely pleased with the quality and results of their training over the years. Aside from that, I am extremely proud of how far this gym has come from its early years. The growth and improvements have been phenomenal. The addition of the showers and changing rooms recently have been an awesome and welcomed feature! Between the beautiful gym facility and the friendly atmosphere, this place truly feels like home when you walk through the doors. The people that work/train here have become family to us and for that I am forever grateful. I couldn’t write this review without a shout out to Tony for being an amazing trainer and even better friend. Him and this gym have been a lighthouse for my family. If you are a parent with student athletes or future military kids that want to enhance their performance, athleticism and grit,this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Being part of the Factory has been a game changer for me. As a new powerlifter I found The Factory to be a place where I felt comfortable and could grow in the sport. The people are friendly and the training staff is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and will create an individualized program based on your goals. I would highly recommend the Factory whether you want a complete gym with 24/7 access or are looking for a trainer to assist in reaching your goals.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. New HVAC and bathrooms are awesome. They are always replacing old/broken equipment quickly. It’s packed during peak hours but that’s to be expected at any gym. Staff are all kind and always willing to help out wherever needed.

Fantastic experience: I joined Factory Fitness two months ago and it has been the best place for me to workout, gain knowledge on lifting, and feel like a place I belong. I have worked with all four coaches and they each have their own way of making you feel like you can do anything. The facilities are clean, they have every piece of equipment you could possible need, and if you want to get strong and have fun doing it this is the place to come!

Fantastic experience: Has an extremely welcoming community of people that use the space. Good equipment (many speciality items for powerlifting and strongmen events) friendly (and knowledgeable) staff, clean bathrooms that have new showers (which are very nice). Female bathroom has extras supplies as well which is a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms in my 14 years of weightlifting and the Factory ranks easily within the top 3. From the equipment, competitive yet friendly atmosphere and the people, I can’t think of a better place in the PNW to get in a workout.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to step up from the more commercialized gyms then you need to check this place out. The energy and vibe are great, even when it is busy you will still be able to get your workout in, everybody here is respectful and mindful of gym etiquette. And with the renovations and new bathrooms, there really is no excuse not to join.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here when they were called top team and in a small building starting their new journey. And 10+ years later, I’m still coming to the factory. I can’t explain how amazing this gym is, the community it’s built and the people who make it amazing are everything. The trainers are so personal and genuinely care about your goals and what you want to improve on. Seeing the growth of this gym over time is something so special. Their equipment is top notch, all the trainers care about you and know what they’re talking about, and the members are uplifting and supportive. I can’t say enough good about this place

I have fully experienced how much this place goes from being somewhere i go to lift at anytime I want to being an entire community of people who are improving themselves in one way, shape or form. The staff really care and they invest in the people they hire. If you are looking for a place where you have full access to a wide range of equipment as anytime you want, looking for a community that will help you with specific fitness needs or just a safe space to get started/Back into your fitness journey I 100% recommend this place. Getting a full gym, 24 access and BRAND NEW showers. Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: the factory. wow. what a place. a home away from home; a community that makes you feel welcomed and accepted for you. i seriously love it here. i’ve been a member since 2022, and sadly have to end my membership because of an upcoming move. if i could, i would fold the factory up in my pocket and bring it with me to my next home. the factory has helped me grow tremendously, both physically and mentally. with their support, i competed in my first bodybuilding show and also picked up some powerlifting mechanics. i never would have guessed i would end up doing these things!!!! from the 24hr availability, fantastic staff, NEW (and improved) bathrooms WITH showers, wonderful people, and endless machines, barbells, and motivation…. this place is the best. you won’t regret trying this place out!!!! shoot for your fitness dreams! ¨̮

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The new HVAC system has made a huge difference, keeping the gym cool and comfortable even during intense workouts. The remodeled showers and bathrooms are modern, clean, and spacious, making post-workout refreshment a breeze. As for the gym equipment, it's all top-of-the-line and well-maintained. Great atmosphere and the people there are amazing and willing to help anyone!

The new bathroom/showers are top notch and kept impeccably clean. Since coming here, It feels like a second home where I can make consistent progress. The trainers understand how the body works and can help you learn or fine tune your movements to make major gains. This gym is full of lactose; it’s legen-dairy. The trainers here have always punished me more than I thought I could take and it’s been great. The staff is fantastic and other customers are suspiciously welcoming. This continues to be my favorite place to go to try and be better than I was yesterday.

Fantastic experience: Here I am 2 months later, on a dark rainy morning and I am glad to be up, glad to be growing in commitment and strength. This gym has a great atmospheric because of the people here. There's great diversity in every facet of the people coming here and I feel like I fit, which is really because of the people here, the members and ESPECIALLY the trainers! Honestly I wouldn't be growing in accountability and strength and truly enjoying working out without Chris and Moriah... their skill and heart are exemplary and their love of fitness and building others up is evident and inspiring...I am all in and so thankful to have this place! Worth every penny, worth every bit of sweat!

Fantastic experience: I am literally obsessed w this place. I have their stickers on all my water bottles. It’s a great vibe, great music 24/7, trainers available, free little fitness/wellness library, people are always in there to put real work in which I can appreciate. I originally got the membership to be able to go 24h, and now that I go during the busy time I still never have to wait for a machine to open. The managers are great and the bathroom always stocked and clean. My only complaint is the mirror room could be a little darker lol. 100% best of Bremerton!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The atmosphere of the gym is welcoming and uplifting. The staff are helpful, always very friendly, and the gym goers tend to also be very friendly and respectful. In terms of the facility, they have a wide variety of equipment and are constantly improving and adding more. There’s something for everyone regardless of skill set or experience. The gym also does many things to give back to the community such as donating some of the profits from their merch, as well as doing food drives and toy drives, which is always nice to see!

When I was looking for gyms in the area, I wanted one that would help me on my powerlifting journey. Not only do they have sport-specific equipment for powerlifting, but they’re also outfitted for Strongman, BodyBuilding, and more. Tony and Moriah are two of the best personal trainers/coaches I’ve ever met—Tony having an extensive athletic background and Moriah being one of the best women’s raw tested powerlifters in the country! 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: The fitness factory is a phenomenal gym for all levels of fitness but caters best to the serious, fitness minded individuals. They have tons of equipment of varying disciplines, essentially there is something for everyone. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and become almost family with their care and attention to members. This gym can be intimidating at first but it’s such a wonderfully positive community that if you stick it out you will make life long friends and likely achieve your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Bremerton WA from Oklahoma at the beginning of the year and was looking for a new gym in the area. I came across Factory Fitness and decided to take a tour. The reviews said it was a small gym with big family atmosphere and coming from a small CrossFit gym back home I thought it would be a perfect fit. And they were right! I decided on the personal training since I was not familiar with the machines and had no direction on what I wanted to work on. My trainer made me feel right at home and his energy was contagious. He really made me feel welcome and like an athlete instead of just another paying customer. The programming has been great and the trainers are always available for questions or encouragement. If you are looking for a gym that has the family feel and high quality of training programs Factory Fitness is the gym for you.
