Fantastic experience: This is a small one on one personal training facility with knowledgeable and trained instructors.( PROFESSIONAL GRADE!) They caterer to the the individual as opposed to one size fits all like a lot of other gyms. If your older or younger, in shape or want to be, have injuries etc, Brody and Kyle take the time to listen to your goals, evaluate your capacities and design a program to work and grow with you and you progress. This isn't a CrossFit type sweat box or some LA fitness BS gym, This is the real deal! Very clean and well organized to boot.

Fantastic experience: When you walk into this gym you are welcomed like you are family. You will feel like you're at your home gym everytime you walk through the door. The staff will make sure you are on a program that will push your limits, but make you want to come back for more. With big plans to expand, this gym is perfect to start out at. Most gyms have you feeling like you're just another occupant, but this one will surely welcome you as one of their own. Stop by to get a feel of the place and I assure you will plan your next workout. All ages seem to be welcome, and the staff is sure to assist the beginners and have them feeling like veteran members in no time.
