Fantastic experience: I trained at Playhouse for 3 days while visiting from out of town. I loved the space! It has a small footprint but all the equipment you’d ever need. The big garage door opens up in the back for a variety of workouts outside. AJ and Brody were there every day that I was, they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Brody led my girlfriend and me in customized workouts each day. He took time to learn about us so he could curate a workout based on our experience and goals. I had a blast working out here because I got to do a new and challenging exercises. If I lived in the area I would be taking group classes here regularly.

This gym elevates the fitness experience with its high energy atmosphere, innovative equipment, and motivational trainers. This is the place for anyone seeking a personalized and effective workout. I’ll never go to an overcrowded gym and wait to use equipment again. My trainer AJ has me down 50+ lbs and loving my new body!!

Fantastic experience: This is a small one on one personal training facility with knowledgeable and trained instructors.( PROFESSIONAL GRADE!) They caterer to the the individual as opposed to one size fits all like a lot of other gyms. If your older or younger, in shape or want to be, have injuries etc, Brody and Kyle take the time to listen to your goals, evaluate your capacities and design a program to work and grow with you and you progress. This isn't a CrossFit type sweat box or some LA fitness BS gym, This is the real deal! Very clean and well organized to boot.

Fantastic experience: When you walk into this gym you are welcomed like you are family. You will feel like you're at your home gym everytime you walk through the door. The staff will make sure you are on a program that will push your limits, but make you want to come back for more. With big plans to expand, this gym is perfect to start out at. Most gyms have you feeling like you're just another occupant, but this one will surely welcome you as one of their own. All ages seem to be welcome, and the staff is sure to assist the beginners and have them feeling like veteran members in no time.
