Negative experience: This rehab facility is a freaking ZOO and so disorganized. I went on Monday for my first session to rehab my left Achilles tendon and heel. Following my 45 minute session with “Steve,” I was taken to the scheduling lady and she confirmed me for 9:45 am today. When I arrived at 9:30 and tried to sign in the system told me they had no appointment scheduled for me. The ladies at the front desk were rude to me, basically showed no interest in resolving the problem so I turned around and left. I will NEVER return to this poorly managed organization and Stillwater Medical needs to know how poorly this place is being run!

Fantastic experience: I've taken my mom there and they are on top of it. From candy to a warm blanket or coffee while you wait. To the staff being so understanding and knowledgeable. Recommend highly.

Positive experience: Wife is going for rehab following a stroke. We may join for regular exercise.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a few weeks and the workers are all really nice and have a good spirit.

Positive experience: The staff was polite and knowledgeable. There is plenty of parking, and they are open until nine in the evening, which is great for working individuals. They were prepared for my visit and readily answered all of my questions.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I finished 12 weeks of PT for a total shoulder replacement at Total Health. The staff were most gracious and kind, as well as beneficial and accommodating. The two therapists assigned to assist in my recovery made a great team. They helped me tremendously and I am so grateful. Overall, this was a wonderful experience (especially as I had been in pain for well over a year )! Thank you thank you!

Negative experience: Clean floors, pretty easy to clean a floor though. If I hear "like omg, facts" again I'm just not coming back. I can get care from a child at home.

Negative experience: I was incorrectly quoted prices on physical therapy and now I owe 3 times the discussed amount and the billing office refuses to listen or help. The physicians are great but it's not worth the headache to deal with SMC in general.

Fantastic experience: i went in with excruciating knee and hip pain. i was not hopeful. til i was introduced to Russ. Russ is the man. Russ knows whats up. i dont walk like a troll anymore. i done sit on the edge of my bed and cry because of pain anymore. if i could give this man an award i would because he has literally changed my life. i never appreciated being able to walk until i couldnt. but now i can walk again without pain and i owe that amazing ability to Russ. Request Russ. hes amazing. thank u thank u thank u Russ!!!!!

Fantastic experience: They always seem to find & hire the friendliest of staff. Cleanliness is A++. Equipment is repaired pretty quickly when there is a minor breakdown. Lots of amenities in the women’s locker room.

Fantastic experience: The front ladies are the best! Super nice and caring. Jeromy is my therapist and is chill and holds great conversation bout fishin. All in all great atmosphere and very clean and covid conscious.

Fantastic experience: I am so fortunate to have found Stacey and Joe for physical therapy at this clinic. They both go above and beyond. They both worked with me in a series of visits to basically eliminate my sciatica pain and restore my vertebrae into their proper places. I cannot thank them enough. If you want the best physical therapists (probably in all of Oklahoma), absolutely schedule appointments at Total Health.

Fantastic experience: The place and staff are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had suffered from back pain my whole life basically because I was born with scoliosis, played sports, was hit by a car on a bicycle then I fell on ice at work. The pain was so bad I could hardly walk. My body was is so much pain when I would try to work out or stretch it felt like my muscles were ripping. I’m only 35. This place made me a new man. I feel like I’m 22 again. Audrey and Lisa were so much help. If you don’t know Lisa has magic hands. My body was a train wreck and thanks to Lisa I’m not working out again and living life pain free. I can not say enough good things about this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for the last couple of years and have been attending Marsha's MWF aquatics class for over a year. This is the only exercise program I have been able to stay interested in due to the friendly community and wide variety of exercises. The facility is easy in and out, and is conveniently located. Hours work for me and the facility is kept attractive.

Positive experience: The aquatics classes are great! The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I wish those instructors would stay longer, but I understand that turnover sometimes comes with living in a university community. The pool itself is well maintained, and there is ample parking.

Fantastic experience: As a member of Total Health I am pleased to give the staff and facilities a very positive rating. My weights class instructor is first class and knows how to make sure we are using proper form. And I just got a wonderful massage with Amy. All the staff is helpful and friendly!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Total Health on 12th Street for a year and going to Marsha's VP Tabata class for the past 4 months. We both have a better overall use of joints and have maintained signifigant weight loss. Very impressed with the facilities and would definately recommend to anyone looking for a fitness facility.

Fantastic experience: Very nice facility but they need longer hours as well as weekend hours since everyone can't fit in the hours they are open. Another issue is the blocked hours fo paying members to use the pool because of deals they have with other outside groups. It seems like the pool could be shared during those times.
