Fantastic experience: Awesome gym filled with fantastic people. I especially admire the emphasis they place on their athletes being good people even off the stage. I haven’t seen a push for good character like this in a competitive setting in too long. Jodi and Tracy are fantastic!

Positive experience: Connect runs a wonderful program and turns these kids into great athletes and good people. A lot of fun to see my daughter thrive and to enjoy getting to know.other families/moms! They do struggle with communication and billing, however. But, all in all, fun program!

Positive experience: The employees never call back or return emails

Fantastic experience: Family aspect, fair, amazing staff and like a second home for me.

Negative experience: Too bad the parents here can’t cheer themselves into being better drivers and learn how to maneuver into parking spots.

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the best things to ever happen to me. When I joined connect everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. I have made so many incredible friendships through this gym that I will treasure forever. The coaches are some of the nicest, talented, most passionate, supportive and encouraging people out there. All of the staff truly cares for each and every one of their athletes, and wants what’s best for them. CCNW has become my second home and is where I always feel loved and supported. If you are considering connect, I highly suggest it. It is 100% worth it and I am so happy with the person this gym- the staff and athletes has helped shape me to be.

Fantastic experience: We went here last and will go again this year for clinics and even though my daughter isn’t part of the gym they treated her as if she was. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging

Positive experience: My little sisters attends cheer team dance lessons. I don't understand these things too well but my first impression is that this is a great place for young girls to develop physical fitness as well their self esteem.

Fantastic experience: This gym has helped my daughter become a more confident, refined athlete. The staff is absolutely incredible!!! Knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, understanding with just enough “tough love” to shape an athlete. I couldn’t say enough wonderful this about this gym and their HEART!! So proud to be apart of the Connect Family!

Negative experience: It was our first time trying out CCNW and we won’t be back. First impression is everything and our first contact was with an unprofessional, unpleasant female coach who was coaching the mini Saturday 10 am class on 10/27/2018, which really left a bad impression of CCNW for us. She made it clear both physically and verbally that we were a waste of her time. Apparently she can’t help with questions without giving us a taste of her attitude. Well, that is fine. If I hadn’t already paid for the clinic I would’ve turned around and left. I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on businesses or people who can’t show any respect or kindness to their customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We were here to try out a clinic and then the plan was to enroll, but this place seems like there may be some underlying drama and I’d like to stay away from that and I don’t want my daughter around it.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best choice for competitive cheerleading in Washington state. The coaches care about their athletes and are invested in developing children as responsible young adults in addition to building their tumbling, stunting, and other cheerleading skills. They offer a wide variety of classes and competitive teams from elite travel teams to tumbling classes for young children (ages 6 and under) to classes to prepare athletes for high school cheer tryouts.

Fantastic experience: Have been a part of the gym for four seasons and love the focus on family, community, and excellence. Great staff and wonderful environment for my athlete!

Fantastic experience: I am on a team here and it is the best in the northwest for competitive cheerleading

Negative experience: I was on this team a few years ago and was disappointed in how I was treated. The coaches play favorites and treat some people better than others. I was extremely hard working, at a very high level and excelled both in tumbling and stunting and yet for some reason the coaches and the owner couldn't be bothered to give me time of day, and treated me like I wasn't even there. It's one thing to push athletes hard and to be strict, but to completely ignore an athlete is another thing. They acted extremely unprofessional as well. I do feel like they discriminate against colored people and girls who don't necessarily fit the cheerleader mold. I left after a while because I was sick of paying thousands of dollars to be treated like garbage. I'm in college now and I felt the need to write this post because I want other people to be weary of this gym. I know many people who have been unhappy here.
