Fantastic experience: Kind and professional owners/staff, senseful interior even with stuff I've saw at occupational therapy, very clean, big range of classes for different types and age, with or without parents, good teacher-kids ratio. My 7 and 3 years old loves it. It's our 2nd year with weekly classes. The birthday party for our 7yo was a blast for the kids, and we parents had a comfortable place to connect and chat while the party. Recommend this place highly!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to MyGym for a year and half now since my daughter was 2. All the teachers here are fun and loving, classes are well-designed full of content and tailored to children’s development stage. The facilities are new and clean, group size is great, I’m always comfortable and happy for my girl to explore here and practice new skills.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a member of MyGym Bellevue for almost 2 years and we love it! Not only has she become confident and aware of herself but she is also developing skills both physical and social on every class. All her teachers are very kind, sweet and patient. We are so glad to be part of MyGym and hope to continue for many years!

Negative experience: This is love or hate I guess. we had a bad experience with them from the customer point of view. I hate unreasonable policy to purchase THEIR socks. While we have a few pairs or gripping socks from other places, they claim THEIR socks are the one you have to purchase. Well, not money, but environmentally unfriendly and totally waste of resources. And the cancellation process is ridiculously difficult. While I requested to cancel it after the first class - it was obvious no fit for us, they still charged the monthly payment.

Fantastic experience: We've been with MyGym for over 6 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! From Taekwondo to Gymnastics, Mom and tot classes, celebrating birthdays. Mygym offers it all! Their instructions are very attentive and kind, and my kids love coming to classes every week. I'd highly recommend MyGym to anyone considering new classes for their kiddos!

Fantastic experience: My son started in the Mini Ninja class and has now progressed to Ninja Jr. He loves it and has a lot of fun. The practices are excellent for improving balance and strength, and they also help kids learn to follow instructions and focus better.

Fantastic experience: I would have given ten stars to My Gym Bellevue if I could. It is the best kids gym in Bellevue! Really hard to describe in short amazing owners and human-beings Alma and Patrick who run the gym and also teach classes by themselves with the assistants which is so rare in the kids gym industry. They’re fully dedicated to success of each and every child and connect with them and their families. The gym is being rearranged every week to keep it interesting for the kids and allowing them to practice different routines every week. My daugther also started taking taekwondo classes a few months ago with Patrick and absolutely loves it. She was very shy in the beginning but I already see how her confidence is growing thanks to these classes. Patrick has a unique set of traits - while he is very professional he has an incredible sense of humor keeping kids excited and motivated! And one more thing: if you are looking for a place to have a kids birthday party - search no more - My GYM made my daugther’s birthday one of a kid and unforgettable. Many of my guests sent us messages telling it was the best birthday party they have even been to. Fun, magical, full of humor making a birthday child feel very very special! On top of that they helped to decorate and serve the cake/food making all guests feel welcomed in a very private facility with windows and daylight! Thank you MY GYM Bellevue staff! You are an incredible place and we feel so lucky to have discovered you!

Fantastic experience: We just held our son's 5th birthday party at My Gym Bellevue and had a wonderful experience. All the kids had a great time, lots of laughter, running around and playing. Several parents later told me their kids couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. My Gym put in much effort to make sure everything run smoothly. We couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated our son's 5th birthday party at Mygym. We had a great experience with mygym folks. The kids had a great time with all activities. Alma and Patrick did a great job coordinating and helping us through the event.

Positive experience: Good space with great staff. I’d go back AND I’d bring friends too since the space could be expanded(adjacent space is empty). that would make it a great space!

Positive experience: Gym put on a NYE event mid day for the kiddos and it was super fun. Great way to get out and celebrate at a reasonable hour with young kids. We would go back.

Fantastic experience: These guys pour their hearts out and conduct the classes with humor, enthusiasm, and personalized attention. They manage to do a lot of classes, and do them well. Great teachers, great curriculum, happy kids!

Fantastic experience: I have both of my kids in my gym for about a year, and they love it. If your kids loves to run around and climb you need to try out there ninja classes. They also have karate and dance classes as well, and the staff is super friendly, and patient.

Negative experience: I've tried out My Gym's camps and classes but have mixed feelings. I like that they have a variety of equipment and set it up in different ways to keep it fresh. And Ms. Alma (one of the owners) does a good job assisting and entertaining the kids. Mr. Patrick is nice too (and the kids love his puppet shows), but he's also quick to yell at or criticize kids for fairly minor transgressions like taking a drink of water at the wrong time or getting distracted from the exercise. It feels a little harsh for preschoolers. The same correction could be done with more grace and courtesy. Also on some days they allow too many kids and the class devolves into chaos. Or each kid has to spend a long time sitting down waiting for their turn for a 30-second activity. I'd probably still give 4 stars except for their shady billing practices. It feels like they know many families won't stick around long and so they try to extract as much from this brief churn as they can. I'm fine with the $75 "initiation fee" and the fact that you have to pay for 4 classes at a time without any refund for unused classes. But they cross the line by keeping your credit card on file to charge you for 4 more classes long after you cancel. For example I signed up my son for the "mini ninja" class (4 sessions), which he only attended once and didn't like. So I cancelled and am totally fine with paying for the following 3 classes that he won't attend. But My Gym says they will also bill me at the end of this month for another 4 weeks that he won't be going either. I complained but they are standing their ground. I'll probably have to dispute the charge through my credit card issuer. Another shady practice is their "unlimited enrollment add-on". When you sign up for a class, it asks whether you wish to pay an extra $30/month for "unlimited enrollment". They make it sound like you can then drop into any of their classes that have space available, but really you can only use it for 45-minute free-play sessions that they only offer twice per week. I tried to cancel this add-on less than 24 hours after enrolling (once it became clear that it doesn't work for any of the normal classes), but they refused to offer any refund. I wouldn't even mind higher prices (especially if they'd make the classes smaller), but it should be up front rather than hidden cancellation fees and bait-and-switch "unlimited" add-on schemes. My Gym is a huge franchise operation with 700+ locations, but I'm sure the local franchise owners have discretion on when to provide refunds or enforce harsh financial provisions. The Bellevue location would rather give up your future business than treat you with any courtesy.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated my son's 3rs birthday with all of his 14 friends and their parents. Everyone had a great time! The activities the staff did were age appropriate and they were also very flexible, sensing what the kids were more into and letting them have so much fun! The staff was funny and friendly to the kids and parents. The gym is very clean and is suitable for many ages. My 7 year old daughter had a blast too! Warm recommendation from us!

Fantastic experience: Been taking my 3 year old to it for 4 months now and she loves it (gym and pre-ballet). The staff is very friendly and fun.

Fantastic experience: My toddler loves the class and teachers here and always have a blast. Teachers are so nice and patient. The class is always safe and clean. I think my kid hope can go there every day :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to have a birthday party! We recently had our kid’s birthday party here. All the children had so much fun! The hosts conduct activities for kids like running, styro foam sword fighting, zip line, hide n seek. After the fun, they had cake and pizzas for the children.

Fantastic experience: Been taking my daughter to the Saturday toddler class. She loves it! Patrick and Conner do such a great job with the kids. A really well run class and safe friendly clean environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my daughter to Mygym since she was 6 months old and we love this place! We look forward to our mommy and me classes every week. We love all the social interaction and fun obstacle courses they build for them. Highly recommend this gym to any families!

Negative experience: Just want to share that it is NOT a regular gym where adults can go and work out. NOT a GYM , perhaps play area for kids.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I love this place. We've done the toddler classes for a couple of years. The staff are super loving and professional. I've never found another mommy and me class that was as high quality as My Gym. We live in Seattle and make the drive every week to attend class here.

Fantastic experience: We love it at My Gym!! I like the mix of playtime and circle time. I really like that its a great way to bond with your child by going to the classes together. My husband and I have been taking my 20 month old daughter since she was 4 month. Staff is very energetic and helpful. Set up is perfect for all the different ages. They also do birthday parties!! Highly recommend checking it out.

Fantastic experience: This place is my second home. My eldest son started at mygym when he was just 2years old, he’s now 6 and he’s asked for his birthday to be held here every year. My daughter is 4, she’s adored by all the staff, she has benefited tremendously from weekly classes, both in her confidence and ability. My baby boy is about to turn 2. Mygym and all the staff have thrown me so many life lines, through their classes; ability to schedule makeup classes; their amazing personality’s etc etc. they make a really effort to work around you and your schedule. I can not fault mygym, their staff and everything they have to offer.

Positive experience: My son loves this place and can't wait to go there.. Offlate we don't like the instructors attitude.. They aren't friendly and snub my son quite a bit.. On Tuesdays when the class strength is low, they are lethargic and start the class late.. Am going to look elsewhere..

Fantastic experience: As soon as you enter this place you get that fun feeling! You are always welcomed with a smile and my child just cannot wait to jump around the place. The staff at this gym are high qualified and very attentive to all the children in the session. My son has been coming to this gym for 2 years and has created a real bond with some of the staff especially Patrick and Joanne, who treat him like one of the family. I have seen my son become more confident and he has really developed his social abilities and is able to play appropriately with other kids. As soon as he is old enough I will be sending him to the Tae Kwon Do classes at the gym with Patrick, hoping to develop his discipline skills further and of course keeping him active and having fun!

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean place, nice and friendly teachers. My daughter loves it. It takes long time for my daughter to warm up, but she grows up a lot here. Will recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We had my daughter's birthday here and had a blast. The staff were very energetic and great with all the kids, from our 3 month old infant up to the bigger 7-8 year olds. They really put a lot of effort into making sure the kids had a safe, enjoyable time.

Negative experience: This place is getting very popular, and a side effect is it’s also getting super crowded. With more than 20 kids in one class and keep adding more kids, a big portion of the class time is waiting for the turn. Kids do not get enough or equivalent attention and excercise gym time. More class time is needed or kids number per class needs control.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my kids to My Gym for the past 5 years. We love the program and the teachers are phenomenal. my kids look forward to class each week and always beg to attend special events. Over the kids we have done the parent/child classes, drop off class for older kids, dance, camps, etc. All have been excellent experiences.

Fantastic experience: We've used My Gym in Bellevue for camps, Parents Night Out, and birthday parties, and they've always been great. They remember kids' names and really make an effort to help little ones feel welcome as soon as they enter. I've been particularly impressed with how they get shy kids to feel at ease, and ready to play. Patrick is especially great at this!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful caring staff that helps kids discover what they cana accomplish and build coordination and confidence. My 3 to 6 year olds had fantastic birthday parties here.

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my kiddos to My Gym. My oldest is autistic and the teachers have helped him to become better with social and problem solving skills. My younger two love the songs and activities, I hear them singing songs from My Gym every day even though we are now only attending Parent's night out and Events. I'm sorry that my oldest will be aging out soon, but glad that he feels secure enough to handle the changes. My youngest has had her past two birthdays there, the party was all about her (I think they shouted Happy Birthday Elise every time the activity changed), and the energy was through the roof. I can't imagine taking that many kids anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I bring my toddler here once a week and have had a birthday party here. Never have I had any issues with the staff or the way they conduct business. This gym is VERY clean and the staff (especially Stacy and Joanne ) are extremely pleasant to deal with and are very motivated to work with my child and other children. I Love Love Love this gym! Negative experience: Went for a kid's birthday . Very Unfriendly staff! I would say RUDE to both parents and kids. They were serving pizza and cake without even putting gloves on! When I asked - why don't put gloves - a crew member said - because I don't have any...

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars, I would do it. Just giving one so the system allows for the review. Very unfriendly staff. They make you feel like you are asking for a favor, when you are paying for a service. This supose to be a joyful experience and even more being a place for kids. I am celebrating my daughter's birthday party there and I regret about choosing this place. They were rude from the very first call after I gave the deposit. I should have known then that this was going to continue. Don't go there. There are so many better places for parties and for kids classes sas well. Some I would recommend are Gymboree, Romp, Umbrella Tree.
