Our 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge is designed to help you lose weight and get in shape, with group training, interval workouts, nutrition and supplement plans, and highly qualified trainers.
The 20-pound challenge is a weight loss program designed to help individuals jump start their fitness. The Challenge is a 6-week long program in which the goal is to lose 20 pounds within that time frame. The program provides participants with access to resources such as workout and diet plans, as well as support from a community of fellow challengers.
The 6-Week Hardbody Challenge is a program that is designed to help individuals who are currently active to take their fitness to the next level. The Challenge is 6 weeks long and the goal is to lose 5% body fat within that time frame.
Our program consists of group training with dynamic interval workouts, nutrition and supplement plans and highly qualified trainers. It is the home of the free “6 Week Weight Loss Challenge.”

Fantastic experience: 1st time here came with a friend did a weighted upper body/arm workout it was great. Very friendly environment employees and guests. Also very sanitary they encourage you to even sanitized shoes with a sanitizing spray bottle sanitize hands. Also encourage 6ft space. During workout personal trainer very interactive amd friendly encourages you to keep going and helps coach/correct your workout so you can get the best out of it and of course prevent injury. Facility very clean and sanitized bathrooms available, treadmill, stairclimber, great amount and veriety of dumbell weight and kettle bell. Also has barbell leg curl machine and a few more that i can nit recall.

Fantastic experience: Been going to the Carson Camp TC for 8 months and have to say this new facility is just as nice. Issue is parking at times . But, overall great facility.
Positive experience: Workout was good. Trainer was good. Warm up and cool down needs help and personally feel when a trainer knows you are new, they should ask you if you have any injuries or concerns.
