Fantastic experience: I have been going to ILF for a year now and can’t recommend it more. Challenging workouts, great trainers and a fun group of people to workout with. My only regrets are not finding this place sooner and not taking a before photo.

He truly listens to my goals and tailors every workout to help me achieve them. His expertise and encouragement have pushed me to new levels of fitness I didn’t think were possible. Fantastic experience: Month 2 of coming to this gym and I’m so glad I found it! I was looking for a group fitness class that would challenge me, and incorporate more weights into my workouts. Fantastic experience: I have been doing workout classes my whole life and always struggled to find one that focused on strength training along with cardio. I found Inspired life fitness about 6 months ago and I feel it is one of the best workouts I have ever found! Ever class is challenging, yet fun and everyone is so nice! It did not take long before I felt like a regular and apart of the gym community. I look forward to my workouts every week! So happy I found Inspired Life Fitness :)
Fantastic experience: This is not your average gym. From when I first started coming, to seeing new people come, I always feel like everyone is welcoming and inviting. The workouts are always different which is great because I never get bored of the same workout. Coach Shawn, Jessica and Tiffany are great about correcting form to improve technique or to help modify the exercises. Really great environment to workout.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and the coaches are really willing to listen to your needs, especially if you have a physical challenge that requires modifications. The space is clean, well appointed, spacious and the equipment is awesome. Really looking forward to working out here for a very long time.
Fantastic experience: I found the gym on Mindbody and signed up for their promotional initial week. My first class was tough but fun! Definitely a great circuit style workout with lots of encouragement from other classmates and Coach Shawn. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym provides a great community of support to maintain a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. The range of age and abilities will make any person feel comfortable to attend. The class atmosphere encourages you to push your physical limits to achieve improved fitness for a healthier lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym for 5 months now. The positive energy from the coaches and the kind members, especially the morning 8:45 ladies (you know who you are ) are what makes this gym awesome, IMO. The work-outs vary and there are often new moves that hit slightly different muscle groups. If you are interested in a full body challenging workout with encouraging members and coaches this is the gym to try

Fantastic experience: Inspired Life Fitness was an amazing find. I was looking for somewhere that would challenge me but wasn’t so intense I felt overwhelmed. ILF was a great combination, and truly much more than that. Shawn and Tiffany are owners who care about their members and are cheering them on every step of the way. There’s a diversity of work outs, fun equipment, focus towards mobility and nutrition, and several time slots to meet my schedule. Many reasons to check it out.

Fantastic experience: This is a gem of a place! This is not your ordinary gym, you feel the difference as soon as you walk in! Each workout that is designed is something different which is great to keep your body challenged & keeps it from hitting plateau! I am an almost 46 yr old single mom who needs to be strong in functional movements to lift heavy Costco boxes to lawnmowers & pressure washers, etc and I have Inspired Life Fitness to thank for helping me to be as strong as I am today despite the many screws & hardware in my ankle that technically is supposed to limit me. No matter what your strength, athletic ability or age is, Inspired Life Fitness is for every walk of life, including prego mamas & teenagers! My teen daughter started out working out with me @ ILF as a 11 yr old and as she approaches her 14th birthday in a week, I have Inspired Life Fitness to thank for her love of working out & understanding at this young age the importance of strength training & prioritizing one's health & fitness because she too has experienced and reaped the benefits of every custom designed ILF workouts at such an impressionable, early formative years, putting her way ahead of her peers in creating life long healthy habits & love of pursuing a true healthy lifestyle. The workouts are intense! There is a real sense of “yep, I just did that” after each class. Fantastic experience: The gym atmosphere is lively and the owners (Shawn and Tiffany) are very welcoming. They modify to your workout level not making you do something that you are not comfortable with. The workout was challenging but members were encouraging. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to ILF for over a year now. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door by both owners Tiffany and Shawn. No two workouts are ever the same leaving no time to get bored. The gym recently moved locations. The new site is bigger with the same great atmosphere, community, and variety of workouts.

The coaches are welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and they make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout. Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this gym. After my gym shut down, this place welcomed a whole group of us with open arms. The workouts are fabulous, maybe a little tougher than my last gym, which is a good thing! All of the coaches are very inspiring and complementary, and do a great job of guiding us in the correct form and keeping us motivated. Only three workouts in and it feels like a new family already.

Fantastic experience: I loved my first workout! Everyone was friendly and I immediately felt part of the group. The workout is challenging but there are modifications for every ability. I tried Orange Theory first and ILF is a better workout and a much better vibe!

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a couple days and was looking for a good workout, I found inspired life fitness on an app and decided to try it out. So glad I did, the workout was just what I needed, high intensity cardio and strength. Shawn was an upbeat and motivating coach that continued to provide great options if we were looking to intensify or modify certain moves. Everyone in the class made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be jumping in on another class if I’m back in town!

Fantastic experience: The class was well-balanced (strength and cardio), energetic, and a lot of fun. The instructor was accommodating to modifying some exercises due to existing back injuries. As soon as you walk in, you will see diversity in genders, body types, ages, and ethnicities, it makes you feel reassured and fit right in. I keep coming back, and would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for three years and I like the rotating classes the best I think it’s a great workout. I work all muscle groups for an hour and I’m exhausted at the end. Once the class gets started it’s ending It is that much Fun . try one for fee

Fantastic experience: I had become very out of shape over the past couple years and was scared to go back to a gym, but coach Tiffany and Coach Shawn made it so easy. All workouts can be modified to any fitness level. The coaches are right there to help you with movements, form, etc. I’ve been taking coach Tiffany’s 5:30 classes for a couple months now and have noticed a huge difference in my endurance and overall strength. I’d recommend ILF to anyone looking to better themselves, and also join a community of people committed to those same goals.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about ILF. I started approximately a month and a 1/2 ago and immediately felt right at home! Shawn,Tiffany, Abby and the amazing coaching staff are truly welcoming, encouraging and challenge you in the best way possible. The owners, Shawn and Tiffany, not only own the gym, but they coach as well. They give 110% effort towards every member and every workout. Their knowledge is exceptional. I love that the workout is always different, challenging and fun! Also, you can modify your workout if needed. The music is awesome as well. The members here are positive, sweet and supportive. I've been to many various gyms over the years and ILF is by far the best! I just wish I would have joined years ago!

Fantastic experience: The community at Inspired Life is well..Inspiring. It’s a no judgement atmosphere, but that doesn’t mean easy. I enjoy the group classes because they push me above my comfort zone while I have the support and encouragement from others pushing equally as hard. Fantastic experience: One of the best places to get your sweat on, the coaches are very motivational you show up and show out. It feels like a family everybody else helping you keep yourself accountable highly recommended!! 10 out of 10 the coaches also really listen to your needs and help prevent injury with good stretching techniques and show you what you are going to be performing so you can have good form.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first experience at Inspired Life Fitness. I haven’t worked out in years and only did occasional walks with my dog. The coach and members were incredibly welcoming, encouraging, and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated not feeling judged for how out of shape I am and didn’t feel any stigma from taking a rest break or making exercises easier. I love the heart rate monitor that you wear while working out as it helped me check in with myself to ensure I’m pushing myself but not overdoing it. I also loved that I saw all different body types so it was a very approachable and safe space. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’m a new member at ILF. I used to go to Orange Theory but felt the running a bit excessive for me. Shawn is a good motivator and trainer. He is personable and takes time to acknowledge everyone in the classes. The classes are well rounded and varied to ensure a complete workout. Friendly members in the classes. I would highly recommend trying this gym.
