Negative experience: I went to get information and whoever was there was very unprepared with very poor customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: Just got a membership about a month or two ago. Staff is extremely friendly always smiling and ready to help. Price of establishment is great. I love the private aspect of the work out. I also love that it is a 24/7 location and I can work out what time best fits my schedule, I wish I knew about this place sooner. Workouts are challenging, especially since I am working on cardio will post an updated review once I become more established with the facility.

Fantastic experience: 10/10, Highly recommend! It’s everything from the Managment/Staff and their professionalism to the cleanliness of the facility, that makes this place worth the investment . There are so many health benefits to the 3D workouts that HOTWORX offers. You get 24 hour access, the option to workout alone (or not), a virtual trainer, and best of all… INFRARED Therapy! The benefits of Infrared alone are amazing for the body/ organs! It’s a great way to detox, is GREAT for the skin and helps immensely with inflammation ! I love this place!!!!

Negative experience: Expensive equipment, they only let you use their overpriced yoga mat. Cancelation policy is ridiculous. I tried canceling my membership at the beginning of July and they can’t cancel it until October.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for over a year and love it. Even days I don’t feel motivated, I remind myself how great I feel after I work out. The heat and infrared adds that extra energy to propel me along with encouraging trainers. I’m never bored because I can do any combo of 10 saunas plus adding resistance training!

Fantastic experience: I started working out with my mother because I have a high likelihood of developing devastating heart issues due to genetics if I get out of shape. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and I really enjoy the workouts and learning the science behind them. The cross-training and variety of options prevents boredom, and the community surrounding it is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: My daughter encouraged me to come to a free class to see what it was like. I showed up to Hotworx and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed me around and got me started on my first session. I was hooked and signed up and have been going several times a week ever since. I really enjoy the interactive instructors and how they push you to workout to your fullest potential and feel like I get an intense workout. I have gained muscle and lost a few pounds in the process. Love that Hotworx has 24 hour access and I always feel safe when I’m here.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a really effective workout, this is your place! The guided instructor inside the sauna is a game changer if you’re like me and can never make a workout plan! Being able to workout in a private spot or with a friend or family member is one of the best upside too! Been going for a month and it’s the best, I’m already seeing results on the scale and in my clothes! The staff is always very nice.

Fantastic experience: It’s a new facility so it’s obviously very nice and clean. However, every time I’ve gone in I see the staff cleaning often. The staff is so sweet and friendly.
