Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! It's been years since I worked out, and this was a good place to get back into shape!

Fantastic experience: Man, I used to workout here in the 80s, when I was stationed at Kimbrough. I loved it!

Positive experience: This gym has the necessary amenities, but it is overcrowded in the after-work hours. It would be beneficial to have at least one more gym of this size to meet the needs of service members.

Positive experience: The weight room is open to retirees and civilians from 11 am and onwards during the weekdays. It is kept clean, and masks are mandatory. Wipes are available, and there is a wide selection of weight equipment, including those for aerobic exercises. Unfortunately, showers, the pool, and the sauna remain closed.

Positive experience: I wish there was a Captains chair for shoulder work and that the excellent discipline facility was open for full day operations on Saturdays - it would be great!

Positive experience: I wish it wasn't necessary to put a mask over your nose while using the treadmills, but otherwise the facility is great.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, benchs will get full during peak houre, as everyone and their mom goes their after work however its adapted to this by having an entire room in the back devoted to deadlifts and squats, its awesome.

Fantastic experience: Gaffney fitness center is great I love it because I don't have to wait for a treadmill to walk or run. They have excellent equipment for exercising all up-to-date it's a great place to go in exercise swim.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a ton of amenities. Even at their peak hours there is still room to complete your workout. Even the phsyical animal Alex Williams could break a sweat in the gym and if not, the sauna. If your a swimmer, the pool seems to always have open lanes to get your miles in. I am impressed in the number of treadmills they have inside. Lockers are daily use only.

Fantastic experience: Great gym w/ lots of equipment. Clean facility and staff seems competent. If you've been in the military more than a day, you know when post/base gyms can get crowded with personnel in the mornings and evenings. To complain about that fact is asinine.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym. They have elliptical machines, bikes, treadmills, weights, free weights, and all kinds of machines that are easy to use. Nobody bothers me or makes me feel like a fat girl out of place. People are respectful and are focused on working out. It's a nice place to be.

Fantastic experience: It's a miracle the staff is able to keep the equipment serviceable and the facility clean considering the large amount of traffic in the gym daily. There is a fairly decent amount of weight lifting and cardio equipment, so even when it is packed you can still get a good workout
