Fantastic experience: I have been training with Ben for over 12 months after being recommended to me. After one year of training my body feels a lot stronger, particularly my core, and I have seen great improvement with my mobility. I have experienced sessions in person and online and I find them both equally enjoyable. Overall, I feel healthier, physically and mentally since joining Ascend Movement.

Fantastic experience: Ascend Movement Training has transformed my mobility and fitness! I have personally recommended them to all of my friends and family. I practice jiu-jitsu, and with Ben and Sarah's guidance, I have noticed significant improvements throughout my game. Their personalized approach to fitness and mobility has transformed me into the fittest I've ever been. I've had tight hips for years and found no relief on my own. When I met with Ascend, they were able to evaluate my symptoms and get me on a training program that addresses my weak spots. My hips now feel better than they have in a long time solely due to their training. One of the best things has been their approach to foundational movement. Through our training, I found that my shoulder was tight; I don't have issues with it yet, BUT had I done nothing about undoubtedly, it would have become an issue later in life. Now, with Ben's personalized plan, we're focused on shoulder mobility and strength and I'm confident that I will get all of my mobility to where it needs to be. 11/10, A++, 101% - Whatever you want to rank it, training with Ascend Movement Training has been the best decision that I have ever made for my fitness.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Ben in Bozeman & his expertise in mobility & healthy movement of the body was second to none. My mobility increased drastically & my joint stiffness & pain was greatly reduced. Do your body a favor & give Ascend a go.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Ben since early June and I only have great things to say about him. He’s not only helped me increase my mobility everywhere, he’s also taught me good habits to keep enhancing and maintaining my mobility for the future

Fantastic experience: Really good. It is helping my tennis and running fitness. Highly recommend if anyone has tennis elbow , hip , wrist , shoulder or knee problems or pain.

Fantastic experience: Ben and Sarah are excellent trainers. Their program is extrememly effective at not only helping you find a greater range of motion, but also increasing your overall health. They have developed a top notch program that I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Working with Sarah and Ben has been a very educational experience--they are very thorough in their explanations of how each move affects our body. As a result, each movement is very purposeful and controlled to get the maximum results. I love the variety in the workouts and the feedback that they provide so you can make corrections immediately. The mobility exercises are absolutely amazing --I have had carpel tunnel issues in both wrists for many years and I am seeing improvements in just a few months! They really will work with you and even send you videos of exercises you can do on your own. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ascend Training is excellent. I started not knowing what mobility training really is. It has a bit of a different focus than other workouts I’ve done. It has only been a few months, but I already feel stronger with less aches and pains in my body. Ben and Sarah are both warm and patient. They explain the movements for strength and the mobility clearly and concisely. They both make sure we are doing everything right. Each workout has been different, interesting and yes, even fun! I would encourage anyone to try it. Your joints will be in better shape, your muscles stronger and your mood brighter!

Fantastic experience: Love the style of training at Ascend. Years of heavy weightlifting has turned me into a large, muscular, and very stiff / inflexible individual. Ben and Sarah's approach of joint mobility over passive flexibility, and technique / functionality over max weight has worked wonders for my body. As a doctor myself, I have been continually impressed with their detailed knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and kinesiology and its applications to their training regimens. After training with them for just a few months, I feel stronger, more limber and more athletic than I have in years. Oh and the hip mobility work Ben had me doing to improve squat form seems to have dramatically improved my chronic lower back pain as well. I will certainly be continuing to train here in the future

Fantastic experience: Ben and Sarah are the best. My wife and I have lived all over the country and have worked with many trainers, but none compare. Their thoughtful and holistic approach to fitness and mobility have us thinking and working out differently than ever before. Every session is unique, fun, and builds on the last. They take physical limitations and past injuries into consideration with every exercise, and focus so closely on form that I’ve been able to squat and deadlift again without neck or back pain. The inclusion of mobility has been key to our progress and our long-term fitness goals. We can’t recommend them enough!
