At Cardio High, you can expect to participate in high-intensity interval training with low-impact movements in small group classes. This Newton gym is the perfect place to get your cardio workout in while still being able to avoid any impact on your joints.

You can experience Cardio High sessions every day via livestream. We offer a combination of high intensity exercise and low impact movement that is unique among workout programs. Cardio High integrates a dynamic warm-up with intervals that combine strength, cardio, functional movement, and core exercises. We also use corrective exercises to help reduce pain and improve posture - from our friends at Perfect Postures.

After the Cardio High livestream, I felt better than I have in a long time. I had more energy and was less pain than usual.

If you enjoy spinning, you'll find that Cardio High provides a similar cardio workout. However, our classes offer more variety in movement and work more muscle groups with less repetition.

Positive experience: cardio Doing vigorous aerobic exercise, such as running or cycling, at a high intensity level, as well as low-impact cardio activities, such as swimming or walking, can help improve your overall fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Cardio High for many years, from high school through college, and I can confidently say that it is the top workout gym, atmosphere, and community. It remains my favorite way to get in some physical activity and reduce stress.

Fantastic experience: I strongly suggest CH - it's a great exercise routine with the right amount of stretching and warm-up to prevent injuries. The combination of cardio conditioning and floor exercises, with dynamic movement, balance and light weight training, is perfect. The instructors are great and they play some good music while they encourage you to give your best. The small classes of adults create a friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I began attending Cardio High about three months ago and have already lost more than twenty pounds - it's truly effective! The instructors are all supportive, knowledgeable, and not overly energetic. I'm grateful for the individualized attention I've received, including tips on how to manage sports injuries and reach my objectives. It's an adult-oriented workout environment and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I began attending Cardio High about eighteen months after having my twins, and have truly enjoyed the exercise and returning to the gym. The classes give you the opportunity to go at your own speed, yet the High Intensity Interval Training keeps you focused and encourages you to achieve your individual objectives. With the combination of Cardio and strength training, I always finish each workout feeling a sense of accomplishment.
