Fantastic experience: It's been more than four weeks since we started going to the gym. Although it is a bit cramped, we have been able to accomplish our goals. The atmosphere is great, with everyone being very supportive and friendly. The staff are always encouraging and hospitable.

Laura and her team of trainers are friendly, knowledgable, and they take your personal objectives into account. The workouts are stimulating and difficult, but always enjoyable. Absolutely love it!

Fantastic experience: We visit Jacksonville a few times a year and always make sure to attend some of the classes. Laura runs a welcoming and family-friendly gym. There is a nice spot for the kids to stay occupied while the adults exercise. The workouts are quite demanding, and we highly recommend it!
