Such a clean, welcoming environment with tons of membership options - gym membership, group classes, nutritional counseling, and personal training. Steve and his trainers provide various options to meet the needs and abilities of all of their clients. I'm proud to work out here with some of the best trainers in the Rogue Valley. There's a reason they were recently named the favorite gym in Medford. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I would highly suggest Aspire to both newcomers and experienced athletes alike. The equipment is well taken care of and the rates are affordable, the environment is motivating. But, the best part is the TRAINERS! I have been working with Sarah for some time now and she is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Steve was my first trainer and he was also great, for the same reasons. I haven't been trained by the other trainers, but I have seen them teaching other members and they all appear to be certified and competent. There is no other place I would rather train.
