Fantastic experience: Been going just over a month now. The gym itself is a little on the small side, but somehow we always manage to get things done. It's a great group of people and the staff are very encouraging and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Best Crossfit Gym in town!

Fantastic experience: Always a great place to workout. We visit Jacksonville a couple times a year and are sure to drop into a class or two. Laura runs a very friendly, family oriented box. There is a great area for the little ones to hang out. And the workouts are challenging. Highly recommended!
