Fantastic experience: I was going to cancel my appointment because I have been suffering with such horrible migraines and got one bad right before my appointment. I decided to not cancel it and go into KUR anyways almost in tears from the pain. The nice girl at the front desk assured me I am coming to the right place over the phone. I saw massage therapist, Lauren B. and she is truly the greatest massage therapist I have ever had. Not only did she make my migraine go away! :’) but listened to every question and concern I had, as well as my lists of injuries. I never felt so relaxed and heard in all my life by a massage therapist. I am amazed that my migraine went away after a 45 minute introductory massage. It usually would have lasted all weekend. I will definitely be coming back to KUR and Lauren B. Thank you so much Lauren for being there for me and helping me today. You rock!

I opted for a Swedish massage, and it was nothing short of transformative. The therapist's technique was both expert and intuitive, perfectly tailored to my needs. The ambiance, paired with soft music, created an immersive experience that allowed me to fully surrender to the moment. Following the massage, I indulged in a steam shower. Fantastic experience: We did a private yoga class for my bachelorette trip and had a great time! The instructor Maggie accommodated a wide range of ages and skill levels. I would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Just bought a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasions…called to make an appointment…Rosa answered the phone very rudely told me that I can’t use the Groupons because they aren’t allowing Groupons right now….mind you I just purchased it 20 minutes before calling. If they are not allowing Groupon that is their responsibility to take the add off Groupon. Also, as a first time customer having someone say “well you’re going to have to call Groupon” very rude and careless. Tone of voice is very important in customer service, had I been spoken to nicer I would have just paid the full price to come in because microdermabrasion isn’t offered in many places. I’m not one to leave reviews but for this I felt the company should know how their employees are talking to potential clients. Very disappointing and will not go there after this experience even if the services were discounted or free for that matter.

Fantastic experience: I came here using a groupon deal. I got Becca. Becca did amazing work on me for my micro dermabrasion fascial . Becca’s is very experienced in what she does. I felt so at ease in her capable hands. This was one of the best treatments that I hav ever gotton. Thank u Becca. I - 100 and 10 percent recamend KUR wellmess studios . My fav place from this day forward. Right price and this place is so clean and very friendly staff here.

The studio is very clean, the receptionist is always friendly, and I love that there is an online portal for booking and info. Dana specifically is wonderful- extremely friendly, intuitive, informative, and a wealth of knowledge. I love that whenever I get a massage with her she is able to give recommendations for my body at that time. She focuses on areas of need, and really listens to me as a client to make the experience a great one. I highly recommend booking your next massage at Kur!

Fantastic experience: I had a 90 min Signature East-West Massage with Kristina today. It was the best experience I ever had with a massage. In the past other establishments always left me feeling very underwhelmed and achy. That wasn’t the case today. Definitely will be booking another appointment.

I have also gotten an East West Massage with John and it was wonderful! He targeted my problem areas and I left the table feeling like a million bucks!

I worked out with Rich 2-3 times per week all summer and am the strongest I’ve ever been. The gym is clean and fresh, the spa inviting and the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend the investment in your time!

Joe gave me the most tension relieving Swedish massage I’ve ever had. You can really tell he enjoys what he does. Such a sweet man. Next is how immaculately clean and calming Kur is- I sincerely appreciate that as a client! Also, Leanna at the front desk is awesome- offered me a tea while I waited. And lastly, because I live in town- it is pure bliss to be done with a massage and be able to walk home vs getting in a car/dealing with Rt 35 etc. Thank you!!

I’ve worked with so many of their massage therapists and they all provide such high quality massages! Willow and Kristina (the last two therapists I’ve worked with) are both so talented and have such a gift for their craft. Everyone is warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout every visit. The massage therapists exhibited a deep understanding of various massage techniques and are highly skilled in their application. Their touch is both therapeutic and soothing, relieving tension and melting away the stresses of everyday life. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and revitalized, as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The ambiance of the rooms is also great. Clean rooms, soft lighting, gentle music, and the aroma of essential oils 10/10 Overall, if you can’t tell, I’ve really enjoyed my year of massages was nothing short of exceptional. She asked specific questions to make sure I got the most out of our time together. I’ve had many massages over the years, and this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Fantastic experience: We had the best experience at Kur. Our hotel spa made a mistake and lost our reservations. Kristi at Kur got us in last minute on a Sunday. She was extremely kind and helpful and even gave us great suggestions for shopping and lunch. Kiannah was fantastic and gave us the best massages. It was a truly rejuvenating and lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: An amazing escape! You may be in the heart of Asbury but you feel like you're at your own private, secluded resort. I started with a yoga session then rolled into a massage, body scrub, & facial. It was heaven! Although it was my first time at Kur, the staff is gracious & welcoming - they made me feel like I was a "regular." I look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I just really enjoyed the experience at Kūr from start to finish. Very friendly staff checked me in and I thought the space had a great design and positive energy. I loved the feel in the upstairs loft which immediately put me in a relaxed state. Jackie was exceptionally knowledgeable and walked me through what she observed with my skin. I didn't expect to learn as much as I did coming here which was a nice surprise. She explained her approach to me and made some important recommendations for me to work on at home. Fantastic experience: When I started training with Rich at Kur wellness back in June of 2023, my main concerns were to get stronger and tone up. After about a month of consistently training twice a week, I started seeing massive results! Rich is knowledgeable, always making sure the form is perfect, and he's is very intuitive on how much weight to add or subtract. My favorite, though, is that each session is like two friends hanging out. We laughed so much, which makes the hour go by fast! From the extremely soft sheets to the products feeling so good and smelling incredible I loved the space and surroundings too. The massage on the shoulders and neck while my face was steaming was very much appreciated, lately I’ve gone to a few places that no longer do this so I’m very glad Kur continues to have this part of their service. Even though I’m a deep cleanser I was very shocked how gentle she was yet thorough. I would highly recommend her, the spa, their products, it all!

Positive experience: I was one a short vacation to ashbury... on a friends recommendation i went to KUR wellness to have amassage with hollie. Well i can say as an acupuncturist who has worked on alot of bodies... it was a Pleasure and a much needed relief to work with hollie. We were able to get right to the needed areasright awy and worked together to relax, stretch and knead out th every large knots and strains in my body. She put me back together and i am grateful. I walked out of there felling like myself again. thank you, hollie!

Negative experience: Disappointed- my first experience there with my daughter was very nice, maybe 4 stars. However, I made an appointment late in the day yesterday due to some neck pain that I was having. I woke up today feeling better so I tried to reschedule, and because the appointment was in less than 24 hours, I was told I would need to either pre-pay for my service that I would have in the future, or be charged 50% of the service cost. I understand the policy however I wasn’t told this verbally the phone when booking and as I tried to explain my position the woman I was speaking with interrupted & said and said that it’s “on me, not them” and it was in agreement and on their website so I should have known- which is true, however, it was like I said, late in the day when I called to make my appointment the day prior and I didn’t even get a chance to look at the agreement. I feel that in business sometimes exceptions can & should be made as a one time customer courtesy and to me it was rude and unreasonable for her to take *zero* responsibility for the policy not having been explained over the phone, and per policy, “ban me” from Kur as I chose not to prepay, in accordance with their policy. To me that’s bad business. As someone who is very customer service focused in my profession, I feel that some situations call for exceptions, & as humans sometimes extending some flexibility and understanding is just the right thing to do. Their response contained a lie (really??) for the record- First of all, I made the appointment at 6:16pm on Thursday for 3pm on Friday, so I wouldn’t even have had a 24 hour window to cancel. Secondly, I canceled with you at 10:15 Friday morning which is just under 5 hour notice. Again, decency would tell you that you should have taken some responsibility for not verbally telling me the policy when I booked.. and then there’s the fact that I wouldn’t even have had enough time to cancel anyway. It’s principle over policy, & If you allow appointments to be booked that soon in advance, you should be re-evaluating your cancellation policy.

The spa was peaceful, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more services and yoga!

Fantastic experience: Katye's service was very professional and highly skilled. My response to the massage treatment was dry positive. The location is serene and very clean/sanitary which is important. I liked the sign in the bathroom that everyone has to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds.....I will return!!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere was calm and serene. It was my first time visiting KUR. The receptionist was very welcoming and even brought me some water before my appointment. When I met John, my masseuse, he had a relaxing aura and was professional. He took note of area's of pain I was experiencing in my back, and paid attention to them during the session. They are very friendly and great at recommending follow up treatment and ways to take care of yourself. Fantastic experience: Rich Killian did an excellent job of analyzing and correcting my Starting Strength lifting form while explaining the reasons for the corrections. He packed a great deal of teaching and information into a one-hour session. Fantastic experience: We opted for a couples massage. During Covid they were very careful to ensure we were able to do that safely. Peter and Amanda were attentive informative and excellent. Peter listened to all of my pain areas prior to the massage and followed my requests precisely. It was my beau’s first time and he loved it, he is not very relaxed in new and slightly odd situations but he told me he wants to go back and I told him my massage was the best I’ve ever had (because it was).
