Boxing is an amazing workout that works your entire body, and the trainers are incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. With a variety of trainers and a balanced workout program, there's something for everyone - from boxing technique to strength training and aerobic endurance.

Fantastic experience: Jose, Derek, Ian, and Tim are all excellent instructors and really nice people. This class is a combination of boxing and high-intensity interval training. It doesn't matter if you have no experience with boxing, they will teach you the basics. You will get out of it what you put in! The first lesson is free, so why not give them a go right now?

Fantastic experience: I joined Hooked Gym with the goal of losing weight, and I'm so glad I did! Not only is it not boring, but the trainers are wonderful and the members are so supportive. It's like a community, and I even signed up for personal training with Derek. He's amazing and has helped me lose weight, build strength and gain confidence. Fantastic experience: Great gym. Jose and Derek work with all skill levels and doesn’t matter how fit you are, circuit training mixed with boxing makes an hours worth of exercise go by fast! Definitely worth your time to check it out, get a free day pass, and see what they offer. Prices are extremely reasonable for what you get there.

Fantastic experience: I drive past this place all the time since it’s literally right down the street from my house. I tried boxing at the regular gym with my friends but I had no idea what I was doing and they all made me feel kind bad about myself, so I decided to look into Hooked. Then as my scheduled class approached I considered not going because I’m quiet and shy and felt intimidated but let me say I’m glad I decided to go!! I forget the name of the young guy who greeted me but he immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable and not out of place at all. I also met Derek who was firm but friendly in his training and he also helped me with some of the exercises/techniques without me feeling embarrassed. It all turned out to be an incredible experience. The class I attended was a mixture of all skill levels and it was unlike any workout I’ve ever had before (seriously - it makes the complimentary personal training session at Retro laughable, lol). I will definitely return! If you haven’t signed up for a free trial yet give it a go - it’s really fun and you’ll feel so amazing after

Fantastic experience: This is a studio unlike any other! Derek combines actual boxing techniques with strength and circuit training. The studio itself is beautiful with a variety of exercise equipment including a boxing ring! Jose is an excellent trainer who will push you beyond your limits even when you feel like giving up. Both Jose and Derek are sweethearts and make an excellent team! Try a class. You won’t be disappointed.
