Fantastic experience: Great gym! Not your ordinary place. Boot camp style classes all day with trainers that are knowledgeable, helpful and always there to help and encourage you. The members are amazing as well! Everyone encourages each other...not judging. All different levels of members from beginners to marathon runners! Men and women. They also have times for open gym and have classes for middle and high school aged children... both my boys go and love it! Have been going here for several years and don't plan on stopping!

Fantastic experience: I have trained all over Newburgh and feel completely at home here. Workouts are great, coaches are amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of all the people who come and sweat and grunt and make it happen! Constant support and encouragement. Coach Santer is patient and helpful (even with an old horse like me). This place is the best!!!!!!!
