Fantastic experience: My husband and I are delighted that we became members of this gym which offers BJJ classes, Cross-Fit, personal training, and kickboxing. The proprietor is very professional, kind, and eager to help us devise a program that meets our individual objectives. The gym is spotless, there is ample parking, and it is incredibly welcoming to members and their families... My husband is really enjoying the jui jitsu classes and he would like to enroll our daughters, who are 3 and 5 years old.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym recently for their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (bjj) classes and I am so happy I did so. Jeremy Penney is an outstanding black belt Alliance coach and the way he explains things, the patience he has with new people like me is truly what made the difference why I picked this place over others. My children also joined the kids bjj classes and love those. The gym is family oriented, there are classes for parents and kids. Also, once you have a membership you can try other classes like cross fitness and kick boxing. The owner of Lionize, Mike is extremely knowledgeable and has been answering all my questions regarding the right fitness program I need, in addition to the bjj. So overall - just a great place to be part of.

Fantastic experience: This gym is truly remarkable - it is spotless and has all the necessary equipment. It offers excellent Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes for both children and adults, with Alliance black belt professionals as the instructors. Additionally, there are kickboxing and cross fitness classes for members to attend. A great bonus for the BJJ members is that they can train in all Alliance gyms at no cost!

Fantastic experience: This exercise facility offers a low-key atmosphere with a focus on individual needs. Classes are kept small to ensure each person receives the necessary attention to properly perform Cross fit exercises. Mike and Johan are always there to make sure everyone feels welcome.
