Fantastic experience: Great gym for bjj classes, cross-fit, personal training and kickboxing. My husband and I are happy we joined it. The owner is extremely professional, nice and wiling to help us design what fit program will best suit our personal goals. The gym is clean, parking is plenty, everything is so member and family friendly... My husband loves the jui jitsu classes and wants to sign our 3 and 5 years old girls.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym recently for their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (bjj) classes and I am so happy I did so. Jeremy Penney is an outstanding black belt Alliance coach and the way he explains things, the patience he has with new people like me is truly what made the difference why I picked this place over others. My children also joined the kids bjj classes and love those. The gym is family oriented, there are classes for parents and kids. Also, once you have a membership you can try other classes like cross fitness and kick boxing. The owner of Lionize, Mike is extremely knowledgeable and has been answering all my questions regarding the right fitness program I need, in addition to the bjj. So overall - just a great place to be part of.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym, very clean and well equipped. Classes for bjj kids and adults are great, both gi and no gi. Coaches are Alliance black belts pros. Also, there are kick boxing and cross fitness classes that the members can go to. The bjj members - can train in all Alliance gyms for free!!!!! This is quite a perk!

Fantastic experience: A low key work out facility that focuses on the individual. Classes are small so you get the individual attention needed to perform each Cross fit exercise correctly. Mike and Johan make sure you feel welcome.
