Fantastic experience: This is a great place to have your kids let loose. The big give for a birthday party has been the amazing sword they get to use to cut the cake!!! The gentlemen took care of everything. Kept the kids engaged in all activities and made it such an easy process from start to finish. Don’t have many pictures to post as they are all the party goers and can’t post currently.

Fantastic experience: Hot Ground Gym is one of the best after-school activities for kids, helping them develop both physically and mentally. The well-trained instructors build strong relationships with the children, encourage their individual growth, and teach valuable life skills like problem-solving and teamwork. Our son absolutely loves this place and the constantly changing weekly missions and obstacles!

Fantastic experience: Had our daughter's 9th b'day party at HGG AH. We didn't really know what to expect but it was awesome. The kids loved it. They had fun and got all their energy out without the usual chaos. It was so organized and well thought out. Totally a well-oiled machine. The 4 team members couldn't have been more engaging, polite, or helpful. They took care of everything, were great with communicating what was happening when and kept everything moving and under control. Lots of fun and unique parts to make the birthday kid feel special too. It was truly the best birthday party experience we have had so far. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We hosted a birthday party for our 9 year old daughter. Marty was very responsive to questions leading up to the event. We even did a free trial class beforehand. The kids had a blast! Marty and Alex took care of everything. It was fun and stress-free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: We just had my daughter’s 9th birthday party here. The kids had a blast and it was run so smoothly (and not at all by me which was the best part!) Loved how the team building challenges made the birthday girl feel extra special! The help passing out food was unexpected and much appreciated. We are so happy with the experience and are hosting our son’s bday party here next month. Highly recommend for an engaging, unique and stress-free bday party!

Fantastic experience: I took a mixed age group on a Park District field trip, we did a private event. The kids had a great time and I was truly impressed by the staff's ability to keep the kids focused, engaged and motivated. The messages they deliver are fantastic. Before we left the kids were even asking about the classes and camps. I will definitely be returning for future field trips!

They keep the kids engaged while being friendly and professional. Extremely courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The facility is spotless and they take pride in their work. I would recommend this as a party venue to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Hot Ground Gym is doing wonderful things to help empower the children in our community. Our Girl Scout troop had an AMAZING time at HGG! Our instructors, Marty and Gib, led them through obstacle courses and multiple team building exercises. Seeing the smiles on the girls faces and accomplishing team goals was super cool. I would highly recommend HGG for any type of scouting or team building exercise!

We first learned about Hot Ground Gym when my daughter got invited to a friend's bday party there that was hands-down one of the coolest parties ever. (And, like most families of school-age kids, we go to A LOT of birthday parties.) She begged me to go back all summer and now both my girls do weekly classes, as well as their camps. As a parent, I love that it's not only a great way to get my kids moving, but also a very intentional curriculum that teaches children life skills like collaboration, sportsmanship, persistence. The instructors have incredible energy, truly care about each child, and make every minute fun! There's nothing else out there like Hot Ground Gym. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Had our Daughter's birthday here(8yo) and Marty and his team were awesome. The facility looks new and is extremely clean. The instruction and activities were challenging but fun for the entire group. We will definitely be enrolling in classes here. They exceeded our expectations at every turn.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing camp experience over the past 2 weeks. My son has had nothing but glowing reviews of the activities, structure, and leadership at HGG. Quite honestly it is the ONLY thing that's ever managed to tire him out; he is quite the high energy kid! A couple days he actually came home and took a NAP! Every day he comes home raving about the obstacle courses, team challenges, and of course... Fridays (Nerf/water fun)! He honestly wishes it would never end- and it fills my heart with so much joy. What you've built is empowering, inspiring, and just plain awesome! I'm a huge proponent of teaching kids the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, and feel that your program is so valuable because it does so in a fun and engaging way. We will definitely be back for Jr. Boots classes and more!

Fantastic experience: Held my daughter’s 8th birthday party at HGG. The kids had a great time! They listened so attentively and powered through the obstacle courses. The best part was the team exercises. They carried my daughter on boards across the gym and lifted her above their heads in a kayak! Great things happen when you work together.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE Hot Ground Gym! The classes teach our six year old son how to problem solve, how to rely on teamwork, and respect discipline. Fantastic experience: Best choice I ever made for my kid. Birthday parties and videos on Facebook simply do not give this place its due. There is so much more to this place than any first impression can deliver. On the surface, kids learn things like how to use tools and simple machines, how to navigate and overcome obstacles, how to do hard things safely. But it is the implicit lessons that will wow you: how to break hard things down to not be overwhelmed; how to see challenges as learning opportunities and not quitting opportunities; that you don’t need to be loud to be heard, you don’t need to be strong or fast to help your team succeed, and that success is not always about being first or fastest or strongest. The men who lead these classes and teach these character-building life lessons are seasoned veterans, strong and imposing men who take a knee and speak softly to our kids to empower them without ever intimidating them. I cannot say enough about this place or the men who own and operate both this location and the Libertyville location.

Fantastic experience: My kids love hot ground gym! They have been going for years are never get tired of it because the missions and obstacles are constantly changing. Every class is carefully planned so that it builds on the skills they worked on the week before and the kids can really see the progress they're making. The instructors are very well trained and make a point of building a relationship with every child as well as their families. Every child is encouraged and taught based on their own capabilities and they leave class feeling accomplished (and tired!). In addition to the physical skills, they are constantly being taught to problem solve, use critical thinking and work together with other kids. As they get older and advance through the ranks, the kids start getting extra responsibilities such as leading missions and helping teach the younger kids. As a part of this they also work on public speaking and how to teach skills to kids of different ages. Hot ground gym is the best after school activity!

Fantastic experience: This was an awesome experience for my daughter's 8th birthday party. We got to sit back and watch as Marty and his team led 20 girls in fun, engaging activities that they all seemed excited about! They did a great job of highlighting the birthday girl, but also working in team. As a teacher myself, I loved how everything was fun, but controlled... And that I wasn't in charge of anything. We will definitely be back for classes or camp!

Fantastic experience: A great healthy encouragement for my son and friends. We celebrated a 12 year olds birthday despite the fact it was a small group of kids, the training team created the perfect workout environment for them. A VERY friendly team of young adult instructors who made the hour in half in a short time, fun, cheerful, and energized to workout and have fun with the helpful party staff… awesome equipment and cool obstacles are great for building your strength and team work in a very clean environment …. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had my son's 6th birthday party here with 14 of his friends (both boys and girls) ranging in age from 5 to 7. It is hard to put to words how awesome I think the program at Hot Ground is for young kids after seeing them in action. I am very risk averse but never felt there were safety concerns, the kids loved it, the parents loved it and we had the entire gym for the party. Each instructor was extremely helpful, kind and each child got lots of individual attention, encouragement and support. The kids learned how to listen, to respect, to try, to be brave and that they would be helped without any embarrassment or negative attention. This is far different from other places I looked at having his party where the kids just 'play' without structure. ALL KIDS need these lessons and benefit from this (especially nowadays), and I cannot wait for my son to go back on days when there is no school and they have their special camps on those days. I have not attached photos out of respect for the privacy of the children, but it is clean and hygienic.

So many parents told me how great of a party this was and how unique it was. My daughter said this was her best day ever and loved every second there. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how incredible Hot Ground Gym is. I initially signed up my kids because after having been in lockdown for so long, I just needed them to get out of the house and have a place for them to run around. The HGG staff does an amazing job in establishing a fun, safe and active environment that is respectful and positive allowing these kids to thrive physically, mentally and emotionally. With three active boys, it is a gift for me to find a program that meets three different energy and physical skill levels. However, this is definitely no ordinary “let your kid go burn off some steam” kind of gym class. Through the brilliant use of an obstacle course and teamwork-focused missions, HGG fosters an environment for these kids to grow as leaders. The lessons they learn around teamwork and leadership, the self confidence they gain, and the empowerment they feel when taking on the numerous challenges and missions, are what make this program not just unique but hugely influential in my kids’ lives. But beyond the skills and learnings my kids have gained at the HGG, is what we gained as a family, being a part of the HGG community. The staff, Doug, Sam, DJ, and Jeremy are exceptional role models, not only in how they run the class and handle the kids, but also how they show up to support the families in their program. Like ourselves. Their commitment to their students, to their families, and to their community speaks volumes about the quality service they are providing for our children. Yes, my kids physically get a lot out of the program which is awesome, but when compassion and humanity is needed most in leadership today, these guys and this program are, simply put, the real deal.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This past weekend we had our 6 year old boy/girl twins Birthday Party at the Libertyville location. We had a party of like fifteen 5 and 6 year old boys and girls who had the best time at Hot Ground Gym. All of the kids had a great time running through the designated obstacle course and participating in the Team Challenge Mission for the birthday party (Each week they change the obstacle course and Team Challenge). Every single child at the party was so engaged and having a great time. Sam and Doug are impressively great people. From the first time I contacted either of them at Hot Ground Gym to discuss details and book the birthday party, the were very welcoming, patient, informative, and extremely helpful. I called back a few times with some questions before booking and they were so understanding and even went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. To even make my decision with booking the birthday party a little more reassuring, they let us experience what the birthday party was going to be like by offering us a “FreeTrial”Class at the Arlington Heights location. Thank you so much Sam and Doug, because that really helped us get a real feeling of what the birthday party was going to be like and bonus was the kiddos got to burn off some energy.Lol Besides the awesome structured obstacle course and Team Challenge, Sam and Doug do an outstanding, fun Cake Cutting Ceremony and the birthday cake is cut with a sword. The birthday kiddos get to do this. They LOVED it! The kids thought that was the coolest thing ever. Overall, we had an AMAZING birthday party experience at Hot Ground Gym. Thank you so much to Sam, Doug and their helpers for allowing us to have this experience and making everything run so smoothly . If you ‘re looking for a great place to have a Birthday Party for all ages, Hot Ground Gym is the place! I highly recommend it. Great OWNERS, STAFF, and ATMOSPHERE!!!!

Fantastic experience: We love classes at Hot Ground Gym and had a fantastic birthday party! The party was a huge success and all of the kids (boys and girls) had a fantastic time and were asking to come back! The party was seamless, timed well and a huge blessing as a single mom to not have to worry about setup and cleanup. The instructors are great with the kids, encouraging but not forceful. Fantastic experience: I could not be more impressed with our Brownie Girlscout outing we hosted at Hot Ground Gym Arlington Heights. Our 3rd grade girls had so much fun running through the obstacle course and shared so many smiles. D.J. and Marty were great to work with and have a great understanding of what types of activities and missions to incorporate into the outing based on the age of the girls. We were able to work on the girls' climbing badge and learn how to rope climb! Girls were taught the proper technique and had many opportunities to practice and receive feedback from the coaches. They worked together with ropes to move heavy objects across the gym and the natural communication skills needed to accomplish this was incredibly endearing to watch. The girls were proud of each other and continued to encourage one another. Such an amazing team building opportunity and we had so much fun!

He has done other physically challenging programs but enjoys HGG most because while it is physical work he learns new skills and has different experiences each time. In the weekly program, he has similar adventures, focused on both team building and individual growth. My son speaks highly of his experiences with the staff and he feels well supported by all of them. Highly recommend this program!

Fantastic experience: Both of my boys love "working out" here once or twice a week. The instructors are wonderful and the sessions are very reasonably priced. A hidden gem during the winter!

Fantastic experience: As a mom of three boys we have been in countless paid programs over the past few years. Things I appreciate HGG provide that are unique in children's programs from my experience: (1) Automated text message reminders of classes (2) The ability for blocking out classes a month at a time (3) No commitment of day of the week. Ie: One week want to go Tuesday and next week Wednesday, done. No special permission needed. We tend to go on the same day of the week, but the flexibility without the extra phone call is phenomenal. (4) There is a one time sign up fee and then a monthly automated payment. I appreciate this being done automatically and not having to pay per class. (5) Last but not least my kids really really like it. Every week the set up is completely different which helps negate boredom. I also like that it's run like a tabata class with different stations and then one "special" activity each week (like indoor zip-lining etc.) In summary, we love this place for our family. It's providing our boys with skills that will certainly help them in many aspects of physical activity in which I feel our society is lacking. If we could make it twice a week we would (and may try to do so in the summer).

Fantastic experience: We found Hot Ground Gym (HGG) by accident because of my daughter’s interest in Parkour or Ninja-type obstacle course activities, kind of like the American Ninja Warrior tv show. There are two aspects to HGG’s approach that made this place a great choice for our child’s after-school activities: 1) classes offer far more than a fun, physical after-school activity where the kids get to burn energy by climbing, jumping, swinging on ropes, etc; and 2) while the kids are “playing” they’re also learning about teamwork, confidence, cooperation, responsibility, leadership and problem-solving skills. That is the backbone of this whole company which is run by veterans—teaching kids very important life skills during the classes through the different activities. Other important details which factored into our decision choosing HHG included: 1) small class size; 2) individualized attention; 3) beautiful new facility that is very clean; and 4) very reasonable rates for classes. We started our child at 1 time per week but are moving up to 2 times per week since she loves it so much.

Fantastic experience: Literally love this place and all that they stand for. This is a facility ran by people who care about setting our kids up for success with a side of tough skin. It's a bit far for us but my sis in law and I make it happen by alternating car pool just so we can get the kids into atleast one week of their camp sessions. They focus on team building, confidence building, working out their mind, and their bodies everyday. They rave about their day and actually are begging for another week. Do not hesitate to support this facility and their leaders, you and your kids will be happy you did!

My daughters are growing in confidence and resilience. We are so glad to have found HGG!

Fantastic experience: My 7 years old son just recently had his birthday celebration at the Hot Ground Gym in Arlington Heights, IL. The owner Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything is going smoothly! He provided everything we asked for, was extremely helpful and super super super friendly! He even called us a few times before the party to double check if everything is on the schedule and if there is anything else he could do for us before the party starts. Amazing service, super clean gym, available sanitizers, masks, you name it! Wonderful classes that every single child attending the party loved and said ‘this was the best party they have ever been to’’! Sam was awesome with the kids and trust me, these are wild five and six year olds! However, he kept them engaged the whole time and had a few neat tricks up his sleeve to make the birthday boy feel special. It was also nice to be able to just show up about 20 minutes before the party started and know everything was taken care of. I just had to supply the cake and minimal party decorations. I would definitely recommend Hot Ground Gym for your next birthday party of event!

Fantastic experience: I just left Hot Ground Gym after an awesome team building event that I scheduled for my daughters’ Indian Princess program. Sam was amazing. He connected with the girls and got them moving, thinking, problem solving and working together. He kept them engaged and smiling which is not always easy for girls ages 5-12. Fantastic experience: We love everything about Hot Ground Gym! Our son has been attending weekly classes there for six months. He was apprehensive at first about this new experience, but Coach Sam assured and encouraged him and he now loves attending each week! Sam creates a fun and exciting environment while still insisting on (and earning) respect and cooperation. We love the ways he teaches practical life skills in the midst of giving the kids fun obstacle course challenges. This weekend, we hosted our son’s sixth birthday party at HGG and it was a HUGE hit! Our son had a fantastic time and felt special throughout the party, but his friends had as good of a time as he did and were sad when the party was over. We think HGG gained several new clients as a result of the great way Sam and his staff led the party and created a fun yet structured environment for all of the kids. We highly recommend Hot Ground Gym to anyone with kids looking for a place for them to burn off some energy, learn teamwork and leadership skills, and grow in character.

Fantastic experience: Hot Ground is an amazing program for kids of all ages. Sam is excellent with constant new challenges. The kids are exhausted after each class and always want more. We started out with just one visit a week and after the first week, switched to 2. My son is definitely more focused and disciplined after only a month. We use the classes as incentives for him to achieve better days in school. He loved the day off camp his only wish was that he did the full day vs half.

Fantastic experience: This has been an amazing experience for my son (9). Each session the kids are challenged while building confidence, self control, discipline and teamwork. Fantastic experience: It is amazing to see what Sam and his team do every day for the kids. Every week they have a different concept / theme. My daughters self confidence has improved a lot. I love the way Sam pays attention to every kid in the class and pushes them to overcome their obstacles both physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: Wow. What an awesome birthday party Sam and his helper Evan led for my 7 year old daughter and 17 of her friends! I can't rave enough about how great everything was; and the best part was that I didn't have to do a thing except show up. The girls had so much fun doing obstacles involving climbing, crawling, flipping, and more...all the while building trust and confidence in each other and themselves. My daughter's favorite part was when she was lifted and carried in a canoe by her friends. She also loved the obstacle that began with flipping over a hanging bar (which she was afraid of at first, but Sam helped her overcome that fear within seconds). We will definitely be back! My son can't wait for his birthday now, too! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Great party venue. Sam is an awesome instructor. He is really great with the kids. I appreciate the emphasis on teamwork and self confidence that is explained to the children. All the obstacles that the kids "conquer" are super fun. And who wouldn't want to cut a cake with a sword!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My son had the best birthday party ever, the encouragement and support to complete the missions/obstacles were perfect for an elementary aged kid. My son loved all of it but most of all climbing over the wall. Sam runs a great program!

Fantastic experience: We moved here nearly a year ago, and started our son shortly after the move. Since then, he has grown in confidence, independence, compassion, trust, and respect. He has the diagnoses of ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, and anxiety. He hasn’t had a single tantrum since his third week with Sam at Hot Ground. He is kinder, more respectful, and genuinely wants to have better and more meaningful relationships with peers. The teamwork and relationship model offered here is unique in that the kids depend on any random group as the class days vary. The outward focus seems to be physical development, but the true focus is mental, social-emotional, and community growth. Sam absolutely loves the kids as they are, wherever they are, and is building up each person as that individual needs to be built up. He is a true gem, and my son looks forward to each class, excited about each one.

Fantastic experience: Our recently minted 6 year old had his bday party here, and it was a blast!! Sam did a great job coordinating the event, all the kids had a lot of fun and were absolutely exhausted by all the activity. I was most impressed by how they incorporated a lot of teamwork into the event. Our son cannot wait to get back.

Fantastic experience: Had my 7 year old's birthday party here. The place was awesome. Everyone had such a great time. Sam kept all the kids engaged, interested, and active from the time they walked in until they left. He even told care of set up and clean up. My daughter loved it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter loves this place. She has learned so many new skills and good things from this place. They teach them so much more than obstacle courses they teach them team work and respect. The winter camp was awesome she loved expending time with the coaches and new friends. Fantastic experience: Hot Ground Gym is an amazing program that offers tons of fun for the kids while instilling important life skills. The Hot Ground team builds confidence and helps establish discipline in a patient and respectful way. My son looks forward to going every week. I've seen him do things he was once very scared to do because he's believing in himself more and gets lots of encouragement from the team! I cannot say enough good things about Hot Ground!

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone! My 8.5 year old daughter has been attending the Arlington Heights location for about a year now. She absolutely loves it! I stay and watch every class, and I couldn't be more proud of the skills she is learning. She is pretty athletic, but shy and quiet at the same time. Since she has been enrolled, I've really seen her confidence level change for the better! Being in the safe environment and learning skills out everyday lifestyle, has helped complete the human she is today. We also love the teachable moments of respect, teamwork, and discipline. Marty has been the operations manager since we started and is absolutely fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about hot ground gym. Have your child try it, and I'm sure you won't leave disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My daughter couldn't have been happier at her party at the Arlington Heights location. Sam was extremely nice and walked me through the process. I literally did not have to life a finger, which was a nice relief. I enjoyed watching the kids complete the courses yet taking time to learn about the importance of team work and having your teams back. I would highly recommend Hot Ground Gym for birthday parties!

Fantastic experience: We love Hot Ground! Our son has been a member since the AH location opened a year ago. In that time we’ve seen his strength, endurance & confidence all increase! The instructors are all amazing with the kids! So refreshing to have such positive, male role models leading them. Our son just celebrated his birthday party at Hot Ground and we highly recommend it for any kid. The instructors took care of everything from the moment we walked thru the door. All the guests had a great time & participated in all activities (even the littlest & most timid)!

Fantastic experience: Hot Ground Gym is a wonderful place for children not just physically, but mentally as well. We have two boys who love it. The classes are led by fantastic instructors, especially Sam at our Arlington Heights location, that really care about the kids. Each week is different and my boys look forward to what challenges they will face. Reently, we also had a birthday party which was fantastic as well. We provided the food and Hot Ground took care of everything else from beginning to end in terms of setting up, cleaning up, and of course keeping the kids entertained with their obstacle course and team building events. The highlight was my son, the birthday boy, riding in a kayak held up by all of his friends. I highly recommend Hot Ground Gym to anyone looking for a a place to help strengethen their childs body and mind.

Fantastic experience: We were very excited that Hot Ground Gym offered a camp session for Good Friday. It gave our son the opportunity to spend the day learning new skills and being active. We love Hot Ground Gym! We have seen a big change in our son over the course of the last couple of months. All of the instructors are great with him and have taught him so much! He is learning to work with other kids as part of a team, to be a good listener and be respectful.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for kids to use up some energy in a great way, to conquer some of their fear and learn new things and skills (like archery, teamwork, leadership, rope climbing). The classes are a very nice mixture of physical activity and skill learning and the kids love it. The teams running the gym also seem to genuinely love interacting with the kids and teaching them. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great activity for kids.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING! We just had our son’s 7 year old birthday there yesterday. I would highly recommend. Not only did I not have to worry about anything but they taught the children about teamwork, discipline and hard work. They handed out the pizza for us and they even had my son cut his cake with a sword (with supervision of course)!! The staff were so good with the kids, attentive, caring and effective. They made my son feel special on his birthday and that is an invaluable feeling as a parent. I would recommend Hot Ground Gym to anyone. To all the staff members at Hot Ground Gym, great job and thank you for you service! It is people like you that keep this country safe and afford us our freedom!!

Fantastic experience: Best kids program ever. BEST Summer Camp EVER. My son Martin loves it. He was at HGG Summer Camp for 8 weeks and he grew up so much. He became more confident , organized, strong mind and body, he learn archery, knife throwing, defense , working in team and so much more..... I cannot say enough good things about HGG Arlington Heights. Sam the manager and all the team members are awesome with the kids. Thank you guys and keep it up :-)

Fantastic experience: This place is truly awesome! Great for children to interact with one another, to learn to work together to complete tasks. My son is a huge fan, We did the summer camp this year and it was filled with so many activities, he came home tired and with fun stories! (Nerf gun Battles/Water Parks/ Apparently my son prefers Sams grilling skills than mine/the Beach / Obstacle courses). The instructors are amazing with the kids, they motivate each child to achieve their best, if they see a child struggle or afraid of doing an activity, they provide one on one and walk them through it, this empowers the child and enables the child to realize that even through things might be scary, they are achievable and you can see on that kids face after they faced that fear and receive that support from teammates. It's nice to have a place where the kids are encouraged to be themselves and support one another. Thank you guys for providing a great Summer experience for Zak!!!

Fantastic experience: We just had a fantastic birthday party here for our 7 year old twins. Everything from start to finish was seamless, and Sam especially made it so easy for us to host 30 first graders for a 'drop off' party. The kids had a blast with all of the activities - and the best part was that our party was different from a friend's party just a few weeks prior. We fell in love so much that we signed our kids up for weekly classes - and each week is different which my kids adore. Hot Ground Gym is super clean and a very friendly and warm environment with incredible instructors - it is run with discipline and order in a kind and respectful way. Cannot say enough good things!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had one of the BEST Birthday parties ever at Hot Ground Gym in Arlington Heights! It was so organized, structured, a lot of activities, and kids had just an incredible and memorable time! The staff and kids really made my daughter feel so special. Also, the staff is so attentive to all kids. I was impressed how they would talk to some other girls who were shy at the beginning but made it through courses thanks to Sam and these guys! Fantastic experience: My son struggles with ADHD, anxiety, and sensory sensitivities so I was nervous about enrolling him in Hot Ground Gym. It turns out that my concerns were completely unnecessary! Sam Simpson, the General Manager and Junior Boots Instructor, is amazing. Each week, Sam works with my son and the other members of Alpha Company to develop confidence, courage, discipline, and leadership. Sam offers endless patience and gentle motivation, even when my son is feeling especially nervous or overwhelmed. I cannot say enough positive things about Sam and Hot Ground Gym!

Sam and his team are amazing and exceptional! My kids are looking forward to the classes offered throughout the school year and enrolling again next summer.
