Fantastic experience: Jes is an outstanding exercise coach for core strength, flexibility, aerobic training, and more. She is one of the most encouraging and encouraging trainers I have encountered in the past. I have watched her work with professional athletes, more mature customers, and in individual or group settings. Her expertise in nutrition is also very helpful.
