Fantastic experience: Everyone at this gym is like family! The staff is wonderful and it stays clean. The Heat Zone/Sauna is my favorite place in there!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. Good selection of equipment. Great price. Also love that they have a daycare area and kids workout area. Love that it’s a truly local business. Cool to see people of all fitness types and walks of life here but it’s never so busy that I can’t get to any equipment I need.

I can get a full workout in every time, and the steam room and sauna are the perfect bonus for recovery!! Highly recommend if you’re serious about consistency and progress!! Fantastic experience: This has been the most amazing gym I have ever been to. And it doesn't even feel Luke a gym it's like a huge family of friends looking g to support my fitness journey. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and there's motivation everywhere. I will never give another gym my money again as long as I am near total fitness. Even the owner comes and checks on me and makes sure I feel safe and comfortable to the point he noticed I hadn't been in in a while and called me to make sure I'm doing OK and how my health was doing and after informing him my mother's health wasn't doing great and I needed to step back and focus on her offered to help me out with my payments until we could both get back on our feet. If you are near the greenville powdersville Piedmont area and you want a safe and amazing place to work out this is the place to be point blank and period

Fantastic experience: Just moved to SC and needed to get back in the gym. I was looking for a women’s section but knew those weren’t very common so I wasn’t keeping my hopes up. I needed a sauna though.. When I looked at Total Fitness Family Center I was pleasantly surprised not with just a sauna/steam room but a women’s area, a pool AND workout machines for kids. They have classes for kids twice a week, after seeing that, I was SOLD. My first day was with Tina, she wasn’t expecting me but she dropped what she was doing to give me a tour and was so sweet, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Not only is their equipment amazing but so is the staff! They have a bunch of classes and even an outdoor weight lifting area that’s covered for rainy days. I am so happy I took my time finding the right place.. I drive almost 30 min every morning to get here, when there’s a gym 5 min from my house.. bc this place is worth it. By far the best gym I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: Trained here for a week while on work travel. It’s a complete gym. The owner was very welcoming and takes pride in his place. There is an outdoor area with old school racks, weights and machines along with the main indoor area with everything anyone would need. Ended up going 5 of 7 days because it was excellent.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to in my life and I have been to tons around Greenville, Pickens and all over the upstate! The staff are incredible at making you feel welcome and helping you achieve the goals you have set! The community of people that go here do the same! Everyone is there to better their position, if you ever need help there are plenty of skilled and knowledgeable professionals there to assist you with anything you need. There’s tons of equipment options and also a steam room and a sauna for those that enjoy to decompress after a long strenuous workout. They genuinely care about your health and want their members to succeed. Give it a shot! You will not be disappointed!!

Positive experience: Ok so I really like this gym. The ONLY REASON I’m not giving 5 stars is because every single one of the nine (9) treadmills up front are in DIRE need of replacement. I know treadmills are not cheap, maybe purchase some lightly used ones? Otherwise, love the family and Christian focused theme and clean equipment. Employees are very nice.

Outdoor pool, variety pieces of equipment, oh and not to mention the OUTDOOR WORKOUT AREA with much more equipment!! staff with godly hospitality as well!! I’ve known the owner for 8-9 years now and I’ve watched this gym continue to grow and they have built something special here! I’m very picky about my gyms and this one I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Negative experience: When I was 18 and a freshman in college, I returned home and wanted a gym membership to keep in shape. I went to Total Fitness and talked to the owner, he told me about the brand new gym that was right around the corner and to lock in the cheaper membership now before the new gym. I’m now 36, there is no new gym. The only thing they’ve managed to buy is the sign for construction of the new gym and it’s been there over 5 years.

Fantastic experience: I love the family atmosphere Total Fitness has, and the ladies only room is a big plus! They offer fitness classes each week that come with the membership, as well as the tanning beds, sauna, and pool. Tina has been an awesome coach by helping me meet my fitness goals!!
