Negative experience: Do not go to this gym if I could give it negative stars I would this gym is horrible machines are always broke never fixed it’s out of date equipment numbers are scratched out or old to the point you don’t know how much weight is on and it is so unsanitary to have the equipment so wore and tore that everyone sweat is resting on the foam that’s how people get sick right away you never can find pins for the weights they are always missing some equipment has still not been fixed for almost a year now the machines still sit there broke the pool was dirty just like in the picture for over a year they just got it fixed but still haven’t took out cleaned or fixed the sauna that these dirty socks have been sitting in forever instead of fixing holes in the walls they try to just cover them up with posters the mats haven’t been replaced in probably never holes are all in it and it stinks it’s no wonder why a lot of people left the gym to go to others they do not take the time and money people pay to give it back to us in clean and up to date equipment and it’s sad please do better for the people that want to get in shape and spend their money and time here

Negative experience: Missing weights. Mismatched weights. Damaged weights. Business next door is some kind of rubber factory and exhausts their headache inducing fumes onto basketball court Monday to Friday. And at night, the lighting placement is blinding when trying to shoot from certain spots. Also only one side of court is lit up, albeit terribly, at night. Either deal with fumes during day or shoot on terribly lit court. Everything on inside meets my standards though. No other gym has bball court or else id join them.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. Clean functional

Negative experience: Pool never gets cleaned over the summer. I'm always waiting around summer time for the pool to be cleaned and it never is.

Negative experience: Rude management.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! There is so much more to do than just work out!

Negative experience: I’ve sent in my key fob to end my membership with this gym. Since I live out of state now this place just HAS to have you come back and waste time and money to get there. To whom who cares @ wcf, I had to send someone who lives in the area to return your key fob. Reimbursement or something for the months you’ve been sapping money from me.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible place. Steam room is still not fixed. Plates are rusted. Barely enough room to walk around free weight area. Weights are not put up at night. Only 1 water fountain that does produce cold water. Broken handles for pull weights. Best advice is to go with Ten Gym. Cost is way less and all amenities work. On top of that … you are never in a contract!!!

Negative experience: From where my childhood gym was had lost all its potential. They do a good job when it comes to cleanliness and they usually always have, but when it comes to a big gym like this the incentives are not really there they USED to have a A STEAM Sauna, a hot tub, a nice basketball court with basketballs that were INFLATED. Now it’s just a nice bathroom with a tad bit of the 90s a Odd red white and mold green flooring and nice black carpet in the actual gym. Everything is rusted outside so be aware that you may have to get a tetanus shot. Has a boxing area but it’s so old there’s rips in the punching bag and most of the equipment looks ransacked. Unless you like the short drive, old mismatching equipment, and walking in a environment that’s neglected don’t work out here as it will neglect and tarnish your time and money. I’ll be happy to change my star ratings I’m still here just show me growth for the future.

Negative experience: The owner has been notifed of the bulbs being out for OVER 6 MONTHS. Owner doesn't care to replace them. But they make sure there's a BROKEN fan in there for you though. Take your business elsewhere, where you are valued as a customer.

Negative experience: A lot of the equipment is older but still functioning. I like that they have 24 hr access, have a separate weights room and a boxing room. The individual shower stalls in the men’s room do not have hot water thought. Only the open space shower does. Tanning beds don’t work and the steam room I guess is now defunct and just there to look at. If I remember correctly they also once had a hot whirlpool tub years ago but it’s gone. Seems like they charge quite more monthly as a locally owned gym but don’t keep up with the amenities. Might have to consider canceling and going somewhere else instead.

Negative experience: As a female, I felt very uncomfortable in the gym. There’s a women’s workout section but anyone can wonder in with no consequences seeing as it’s not secured and there’s no staff in the main gym to see who enters or exits. The equipment is either one of the following: torn, run down, broken, wobbles, or is absolutely disgusting. Nobody cleans equipment once finished, the staff doesn’t care abt the members and so the members don’t care about the gym or staff. If you’re looking for any type of security while working out this isn’t the place.

Positive experience: I was impressed with the gym but not impressed with the young man greeting at the door, really acted like he didn’t want to be there at all and didn’t really care about talking with me or showing me around! I love the gym but this young man’s attitude will destroy this gym!

Positive experience: Ok, really my only complaint is that the equipment gets moved around some. I’m legally blind & though I go with my bf, it’d be kinda great if y’all would keep things in one place.. Or idk, organize the equipment better? lol (yes I’m a Virgo) I haven’t been into the women’s workout area yet. ‍♀️ Ehhh… maybe today.

Positive experience: I grew up coming to this gym since I was a kid and it use to be such a clean and updated gym. Now it’s just decent. Sauna is horrible and takes forever to warm up. They use to offer a hot-tub but that’s gone. The showers/ bathrooms are old and basically falling apart. They do have a lot of machines but a lot are old. It definitely needs a lot of updating to ever be close to it’s former glorify. Update: they have started to remodel and update the carpet and bathrooms so there is hope for this gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for 5 years now, I worked here for two a ways back. I've been to all the other gyms in fort Smith and several others throughout the states and this is by far my favorite. It's my home gym, so what can I say. Great knowledge members as well as employees.

Fantastic experience: A lot of equipment and wonderful employees ready to extend a helping hand and give advice fir whatever it is one would need. Trainers are on site if one needs that one on one push.

Negative experience: Very spacious gym and has great things to offer but the machines are old, dirty, and some treadmills do not work! The staff could also be a little more dedicated. I was not offered a tour of the facilty, had to walk myself around to figure where everything is. I did not feel encouraged at all to work out while I was there.

Negative experience: WCF is seriously the worse gym I have ever been to for multiple reasons. The members have no gym etiquette at all. People crowd equipment and have 15 minute conversations while not even using it, they use equipment as their personal coffee tables, they slam weights so hard the break them, yell, scream, talk about using roids in front of everyone. Every gym has these typical meatheads, but these people take it to the next level. The entire staff besides the female manager is very rude and lazy, any request is a huge inconvenience for them do not cause them to have to work because they will let you know how annoying that is. Parts of the gym go weeks without being cleaned, they will go months without refilling the sanitizer for the tanning beds so use caution before you lay down on one. Even the owners attitude is "I really dont care if you workout here, I won't go out of my way to make members happy." The worse part of this place is close to half the equipment is broken or defective is some way. I have literally seen equipment break down totally on people, I personally have almost been seriously injured more than once because of faulty equipment, and I've seen people almost injured. Working out here is actually dangerous for you health. A gym is not the place you want to be cheap and careless, if your equipment is messed up or broke it has to be fixed putting people's health at risk so you can save money is not okay. This place is old as is most of the stuff in it, it needs updated severely. I have held a membership here at two separate times and it used to be a pretty good gym, but it has significantly gone down hill in just a year. It's too bad because it has the potential to be an amazing place to workout, if someone who could put money back in to it owned it, it could easily see it's real potential. I will not miss working out here.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Fort Smith Arkansas. Has all the free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment you could ask for. You don't have to wait around for anything, if by chance someone's on something you wanted to use they have other equipment that works the same muscles. The equipment is in good condition and as I am writing this review they are bringing in more and newer equipment. I've been to other gyms but this is the gym I joined. It's a Iron Paradise! One more thing lol, the staff are friendly and helpful. UPDATE- They are now a 24 hour gym!

Fantastic experience: Spacious, great variety of equipment, and it smells like a gym. Knowledgeable staff and approachable patrons. Clean facility - even the water from the fountain is palatable and tastes appropriately filtered.

Fantastic experience: I have been to 6 different gym in the Fort Smith area and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful, great prices (and discounts), and the hours are reasonable. It's definitely worth checking out if you aren't content with your current gym!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at this gym for many years. I past 5 gyms on my way to World Class 5 days a week . World Class is home to me, They have professional staff , all the members are polite and respectable, clean environment, and if you have any issues the staff and management will listen and take prompt care of any issues ... Child care is always nice and free at World Class. With low membership fees and the staff they have , I never see myself leaving ....

Fantastic experience: Love this Gym. Nicole does a great job. She has helped me as a personal trainer and is a great friend. They have made incredible changes to the looks of this place and it get better every day. The people who work out here are friendly and great.

Positive experience: I am an avid fitness junkie. I also have a background in exercise science and personal training. This gym offers a community of other runners, group exercise classes, powerlifting and body building. Everyone that works at WCF is extremely friendly. The gym is maintained and cleaned properly. Some of the equipment is a tad older but always working. So if you are used to a LA Fitness with brand new equipment this may be a shock at first. But, I will assure you they have unlimited dumbbells, benches, and racks. You don't wait long for a piece of equipment even at prime time. Plenty of cardio machines as well. Overall, id say 4.5/5 for stars. Definelty one of the top 5 gyms I've trained at in the last 11 years.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly and showed me around the entire gym. There is ample equipment and variety of equipment to reach your workout goals. A Women's Only area is also available as well as separate male and female sauna facilities located in the locker rooms. Just a great gym if your looking for one that has everything including a pool and outdoor workout area for tire flipping, walking bb lunges and basketball.

Negative experience: Staff are morons. Was told by one employee I couldn't cancel my membership until 1 year is up. Year is almost up so I checked back with a different employee about it, and was told I could have just canceled months ago. About $600 wasted, and will not be discounted or reimbursed in any way.

Fantastic experience: I work all over the world and have been to many gyms. Most of the gyms I've found that are the best are the established locally owned ones. World Class Fitness is that gym in Fort Smith! The staff is very personable and helpful. The trainers are easy to approach. They offer many options for everyone's fitness goals. They are the only gym that offers a smoothie bar that I've been to and they are awesome!

Fantastic experience: WCF is by far the best gym in Fort Smith. It's one of the few gyms I've been to that is friendly and accommodating for people of ALL levels of fitness. Whether you've been lifting weights for 20 years or have just decided to get up off your couch, WCF will have something for you. They also have the friendliest and most helpful staff in town by a long shot. If you're fearful or insecure about going to the gym, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! It has all the equipment I need to reach my fitness goals. The customer service is excellent. Always willing to help and answer any questions I have. The smoothies are superb! Having the smoothie bar, with the pre workout and protein drinks make it very coventient! Best gym from all aspects I have ever been too!!

Negative experience: Did not like it close all the time unprofessional put on website going to b open there were not or really late like half an hour or better only bout 20 people standing round waiting just like this morning get up 2 hours early jus so I can go workout but no there not open on there website it says there supposed to b open and then it says hours may differ what the hell is that supposed to mean I guess ur supposed to b half mind reader to workout there very unprofessional. Here's an idea how bout u open when u say u r not hours may differ that's crap
