Fantastic experience: Feels great to be back at Vback!! It’s been too long! Friendly staff! Great atmosphere as always!

Negative experience: Bummed. This used to be my favorite gym many years ago but Ive heard it’s gone downhill. My husband and I loved getting there early in the morning… I was looking to rejoin but seeing the unusual hours they keep now, I can’t imagine that working for anyone but housewives… It’s a gym yet it shows their hours or more limited than a bank… Closed Friday & Sunday & only open a few hours on Saturday?? 9am to 6pm on the weekdays?? Consider opening at 5-6am on the days youre open please so people who work for a living can come work out!

Positive experience: The floors are really dirty and the machines are dirty at the floor level also. Otherwise this is s good place

Fantastic experience: 24/7 access is incredible, great machines and equipment and lots of space. Great ownership and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

Positive experience: They will charge for a whole month even if you cancel a few days before… mirrors suck ..place is peaceful

Fantastic experience: Nice place, every machine you can think of and nice people. Boxing area up top with tanning beds, only thing I’d say is bad is the music they play

Positive experience: The only thing I dont like is the fact hat they arent open 24/7 so business hours being Monday-Friday and office shutting down just over an hour b4 my shift is over so inconvenient for me to get in touch with them unless I take time from my job to call, then i might get in contact but i lost interest when I learned they close on weekends. Haven't looked my h into it since but im not giving a bad review simply due to the fact it's a nice gym with plenty of nice equipment and seemed sanitary also one of the few places in the are with different types of punching bags, as well as tanning beds. All those things added onto the weights, bars, benches and the newer machines type lifting equipment makes for a great gym, if you're retired or recent highschool graduates until you start working during the majority of day time weekdays
