Fantastic experience: HAS IT ALL! some of the best physiques I’ve seen in my life are here.. Endless equipment, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the stuff they have I’ve never seen before and I love that! GASP is where you need to work out when you’re in Dallas!

Positive experience: Drove three hours to come shop in store to find out you can’t shop in store. We order online all the time but wanted to spend our day to drive out to Allen to shop at Gasp so it was a disappointment to waste six plus hours with the hectic traffic an the photo shows clothing store no where there says online only clothing store it even shows racks of clothes maybe take that photo off and update information.

Negative experience: As a customer, I recently encountered an issue with the service provided by the company. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email confirmation after placing my order, which left me feeling uncertain about the status of my purchase. This lack of communication made me question whether my order had been successfully processed or if there had been any errors in the transaction. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that return labels are not provided by the company. This created an inconvenience for me as I had to spend additional time and effort sourcing a return label myself. It would have been much more convenient if the company had included a pre-paid return label with the original shipment, making the return process smoother and more efficient. Furthermore, when I attempted to adjust my order, I encountered difficulties. The lack of clear instructions or a user-friendly interface made it challenging for me to make the necessary changes. This resulted in frustration and a delay in receiving the correct items. As a customer, I believe that clear and timely communication is crucial in providing a satisfactory shopping experience. It is essential for the company to ensure that customers receive email confirmations promptly after placing an order, as this helps to build trust and confidence in the transaction. Moreover, providing pre-paid return labels would greatly improve the convenience and efficiency of the return process for customers. This would eliminate the need for customers to search for a suitable return label and cover the cost of return shipping themselves. Lastly, the company should invest in improving the user interface and instructions for making order adjustments. A user-friendly system would make it easier for customers to make changes to their orders, saving time and reducing frustration. In conclusion, as a customer, I believe there are areas where the company can improve its service. Fantastic experience: Colleen and Johanna helped me pick out a badass look that was suiting to my 6'3 frame. Helps with the feeling I look for when I go to the gym or when I get turnt up at a jogging trail or health and fitness trade show or just hanging with friends.

Positive experience: Love the new gym but your Gasp and BB clothing has been a huge let down. No longer having the store is disappointing because you can no longer get items same day nor try them on to ensure proper fit. It also seems like you are always out of stock on everything anymore. You are running a sale on shorts today but the only size you have in stock is a small. I will continue to be a supporter of you because your items are amazing. It’s just sad to see a drastic decline in customer service and things that make it easier for your consumers.

Negative experience: I bought an orange Waverly Legfins $69, the M size fits me but they are too long, and the “detailed mesh cut outs at the bottom leg” itches my skin. I wanted to give another try and both 2 leggings $149 - the blue one is darker than what appears on the website and the camo leggings look cheap - same size but they don’t fit me. Save yourself a disappointment and buy from a known brand - I will refund them and go with Atleta at the mall :(

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the customer service via website/email. I made an order online, the first pair did not fit my husband, so they took care of an exchange for us (which was such an easy process). When we got the exchange item, that didn't fit my husband as well, and at this point I just decided that style of short doesn't fit my husband. Jordan was who I dealt with the majority of the time, and he always made each process so easy and was always very kind and professional. I ended up needing to just get a refund and he completely understood. I always appreciate good customer service when having to deal with exchanges and refunds, he made it a nice and easy experience. Great job Jordan, your kind of customer service is appreciated :)

Negative experience: Not only did they give an excuse that they have problems with mastercard and then decline our purchase. they actually ran our card 3 times with transactions totalling over 400$. then when we disputed the charge thru the bank they tried to lie and say we were given the merchandise. its on camera we left with nothing. the sales girl was more concerned about telling a story of her car getting repossessed to her coworker than actually assisting us. i contacted the manager thru email about a different problem regarding a return i made thru a online purchase. they claimed they never receieved it but they did. and then i had to fight to get my refund for my returned purchase almost 2 months later. Never again better bodies.
