Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a smaller gym with good equipment and a strong kind environment, you need to check out Hidden Gym. I went to them when looking for a personal trainer and couldn't be luckier to have been paired with Rob! He is friendly and supportive, always looking for ways to challenge me but listens when I tell him something hurts or the weights are too much, etc. I was very intimidated by the idea of working with a personal trainer, but his kindness set me at ease very quickly. He is very supportive of going at the pace I need to go at, not rushing me or anything like that. One of the biggest surprises I've experienced so far is how encouraging and nice everyone is at the gym, it's really a supportive place. Greg, the owner, works out there with everyone, now there is a really cool dude. He cares deeply about the community inside and outside the gym - he serves on the board of a great nonprofit called Readers 2 Leaders (check them out too!) I've never been one to frequent the gym but I've enjoyed learning how to take care of my body through weight training and nutrition. They also offer classes from time to time to go over different topics like how to gain muscle (that's the only one I've been too haha). I've even enjoyed learning about professional weight lifting and the body building shows that several of the trainers and the owner participate in. If you are intimidated by gyms, need extra support in reaching your goals, Hidden Gym is an excellent place to check out. Just give them a chance and you will see the heart of the place!

Fantastic experience: I have worked out and worked in gyms for the last 40 years. The last 20 plus training people. There are many things you look for in a gym that your considering joining, e.g. equipment, cleanliness, location and more. Hidden gym checks all those boxes and then some. But, there’s one intangible that makes a gym great. In a word, atmosphere. I have never worked out in a gym with such an amazing atmosphere. From the girls at the front desk, to the competitive and professional athletes, to the average Jane and Joe that just wants to get fit, this gym has it all. Tell them I sent you. Actually don’t. They may charge you more.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, well equipped gym with friendly staff and members. There’s rarely more than about 10 people here and even during peak hours people are willing to let you work in with them. During the few months that I’ve been a member they’ve expanded the lifting area, renovated the bathrooms and added more equipment. I’m going to college out of state but will definitely be back next Summer.

Fantastic experience: Hidden gym is the best gym for those serious about getting the most out of their gym experience. If you are new to fitness and need some help, they have some of the most knowledgeable trainers in the metroplex. If you want to be around top tier athletes for an energetic environment to up your game, this is also where you want to be. If you're not sure what you like yet, they have some of everything; bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and boxing, as well as some diverse recovery such as chiropractors and ozone therapy. You're wasting money going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, and I don't fall in love easily. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The owners are on-site and extremely personable. They want to hear from the members. The gym is clean and the equipment is well maintained. I'm there 5 to 6 days a week and have never had a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: They have 3 hip thrusters! That alone is reason to come if you’re big on lower body workouts. They have every other equipment you could hope for too. They even listen to requests from members about equipment, and recently put in a new leg press machine due to member demand. It is a chill gym. Everyone is friendly but serious about working out. Membership is reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this gym for about 3 months or so, I've decided to go for the boxing training and I just love it, the coaches are amazing and very knowledgeable. The front desk ladies go out of their way to greet you as you walk thru the doors and that says a lot of the environment of this gym, the whole overall vibes of this place are just fenomenal, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Traveling for the holidays and needed a gym while I was in town. This is one of best gyms I’ve visited by far. Upon approach, the front desk associates were super welcoming and helpful. The gym is clean and there are so many options in the nooks and crannies of the layout along with the main body of the building. The trainers introduced themselves and made sure I knew all of the amenities. It has a little bit of something for everyone no matter the fitness goals! Will be attending again when I visit again!

The live boxing boot camp class going on while there, looked really well run and like great challenging workout. Gym was clean with a wide variety of gym equipment for serious fitness enthusiasts. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Spent the weekend at Hidden Gym for a Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification & I was VERY impressed. The facility was clean, had an awesome layout with loads of room for training, & staff was more than friendly! The owner even gave us access to lift for the weekend while we were here. Oh, and the playlist was freaking fire. This would definitely be my go-to spot for training if I lived in Allen!
