From day one, they brought a perfect balance of professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care for everyone’s progress. Their energy was contagious, and their words often stayed with me long after the session ended. Fantastic experience: ATH is one of the best gyms I’ve been to, the manager Adrian is amazing and they have some of the best service I’ve seen. The classes here are definitely worth the investment and personally I’ve grown so much since I started coming here just a few months back.

Fantastic experience: Walked into ATH last week hoping to learn more about the facility and what it offers. I was pleasantly surprised! My kids and I were nicely greeted at the door by Debra Hamm and she was open to answering many questions. She directed us over to Adrian Hernando who gave us a tour of the facility and helped narrow down what program would best fit our family. The facility was pristine and contains high quality equipment. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and facility.

Fantastic experience: I cannot stress enough how much I miss going to this gym. The staff are always willing and enthusiastic to give advice on lifting form, the amenities were ALWAYS clean, and the classes were top notch. Anyone looking to even just tour this facility needs to ask for Adrian. The dude is one of the nicest, humblest person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Fantastic experience: Our boys, 11 and 15 , were looking for Speed and Strength Training this Summer. They play high level club soccer and wanted an opportunity to grow and get better. We’re doing the monthly unlimited training package which provides us the flexibility to get their workouts in around all their activities. The coaches are fantastic. Each session is dynamic and fun. Their facilities are top notch. We highly recommend!

The field is well-lit, which makes evening games very enjoyable. It’s also kept clean and well-maintained, showing that the staff really take pride in the facility. One thing I especially appreciate is that they offer open play sessions. It’s great that people who aren’t members of the club can still come and enjoy the field. This makes the space more inclusive and accessible to the community. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place to play soccer!

Fantastic experience: Came into to Athlete Training and Health on Friday for weight training with Adrian I was taken by surprise with how beautiful and state of the art the equipment and facility was. The ability to input the exact weight retention on the equipment you want to use is a feature I have never experienced before at a gym. Fantastic experience: Both of my kids (ages 11 and 13) are serious athletes. Working with Gavin as their personal trainer has really helped elevate their performance in their sports as well as building a foundation to help prevent injury. Money well spent!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this facility. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She’s gentle and kind with student athletes. She helps them rebuild their confidence in themselves after an injury. Even the front staff are pretty great. Being a mom of an injured child you can be kind of high strung. They are supportive and never get an attitude when you call with million questions.

Negative experience: Staff always has a bad attitude when my friends and I come, even though we pay to be here… not sure what’s going on there but I’m probably going to look for another place to go.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely obsessed with athlete training and health. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and provide a fantastic workout. They go above and beyond especially with their longer than average warm ups and dynamic movements to prepare the body for the workout without any injuries. Gavin is superb. He is my favorite. The perfect hybe guy. Very good strong up beat energy. Clear communication and demos. Also helps each individual during if form is off. No matter what type of day I'm having if I go to athlete for a workout, I leave feeling so much better! I'd give ten stars if that was an option!

Fantastic experience: ATH has something for everyone when it comes to fitness for all ages. Myself and my son attend this gym. As a long-time member, I am always impressed of the workouts and especially the staff. Coach Gavin Barrilleaux cares about all members of the gym and is very approachable and professional. Coach Gavin has attended various community events in Allen and the surrounding area. I really appreciate him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love ATH Allen and the coaching staff. Coach Barrilleaux has done an amazing job managing facilities and mentoring the coaches. I have seen a huge improvement in not only my son's athletic performance, but his attitude, and self confidence since he started his training at ATH. Can't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a month and I really enjoy it. It’s a family vibe and everyone makes you really glad you came. As a bigger person new to strength trading it’s essential to find fitness classes where you are encouraged supported and challenged. Glad we have that here.

Positive experience: Nice facility but their monthly fee don’t stop some how they keep the membership extended for a long time with billing after you stop for travel or injury ,it’s gets a fresh start on the dues ,but nice professional staff with knowledge of exercise and most of all front office staff is the best trained in customer service

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym with professional and educated coaches I’ve ever been to. It’s so good, I’ve committed myself to a year’s membership because they offered the best discount. I’m a certified personal trainer so I know a good gym when I see one. They not only train the average person, they train kids to adults to become athletes. Their equipment is top of the line and they have anything and everything you can think of. I join their adult classes about 5x a week and love every second of it. Do yourself a favor and come work out with the best!

Fantastic experience: My favorite place ever. Not only are the trainers fantastics and super helpful, but the workouts are super effective as well. I've dropped over 10 pounds in my first 6 weeks. The community of the members is such a fun thing to be a part of as well! I'll be going here for a long time!

Negative experience: Hosted games for i9 sports but they decided to close early for no reason and locked all restrooms. None of the kids that had to use restroom were able to while playing a 2 hour football game. If you are going to allow events at your facility at least leave the restrooms open.

Transfering from a Crossfit Gym to this gym has been so much better. The whole staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

This location has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are excited to help and obviously love what they do. Going to a new gym can be scary but they make you feel like you belong. Fantastic experience: I signed my 9 year old son up for a free week to try out their classes for kids. When the week was done I asked him what he thought and he said "I like it, I don't get tired at lacrosse practice now!" That was all it took for me to sign him up. The coaches are excited to be there and they keep the kids safe while having fun. Highly recommend!
