Fantastic experience: I was here for a fitness event with Powerhouse Academy and was beyond impressed! The gym is spotless especially the women’s bathroom, which was the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a gym and even offered complimentary products (such a thoughtful touch!). From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly and the whole atmosphere is so kind and welcoming. The equipment is super clean and looks newer than what you usually find in most gyms. If I lived in the area, this would absolutely be the gym I’d join!

Fantastic experience: Spent the weekend here for a coach led training program. Clean facility and friendly staff. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to get in a good workout. They even had a barbershop!

Fantastic experience: Hidden Gym is a hidden gem for sure. Getting back into lifting at 50 and wanted a serious gym without the corporate feel. Just walking into the gym is motivational and they have plenty of high end equipment. The atmosphere is great here, trainers and staff are super helpful, answer all your questions, and they're all jacked!!

It’s welcoming to beginners and serious lifters alike, with a good mix of cardio, strength, and functional training areas. The locker rooms are spotless, and there’s plenty of parking. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Attending the power lifting contest here at The Hidden Gym in Allan, Tx. Just finished my workout while listening to some great music in the background and the atmosphere is exactly what you should look for in a power fit gym. Who could ask more? Barber, boxing ring, flexible equipment! Will be coming back in the future.

Positive experience: Writing on behalf of a friend. “I wouldn’t pay a membership to go there. Gym wasn’t well maintained or cleaned. Turf was dirty. No organization of the equipment setup (e.g leg machines spread out). The weights were not put back in order so it was hard to find things you needed”.
